I’m able to see my boss’ calendar from outlook on a desktop, but not on the app. Please fix ASAP!

I am using outlook on my macbook air and have no trouble in using jt with the calendar but it really is time consuming to add another calendar, which is impossible in my case because I am not using exchange, and also have to deal with different apps for IMAP. It must be easy in todays technology to use outlook on ipad with the calendar on ipad. I am not the expert but I am sure it can be done. The question is, can you create an update for this or should I go on with the old school?
