Synchronization with Apple Mail and Contacts
It should be possible to synchronize Outlook with Apple Contacts, including iCloud contacts and to import Mails and folders from Apple Mail.

Allow contacts to integrate from Apple contacts, and other sources so as not to disrupt already existing contacts.
Same with my Calendar, it should integrate with my iOS calendar but doesn’t.
Seriously if I wanted this experience I’d use android. This is the absolute worst!

Das müsste doch endlich möglich sein: Outlook greift auf dem Mac auf die in «Kontakte» erfassten Daten. Das wäre ein riesengrosses Plus

Add contacts to the main screen, it’s extremely painful to find contacts. Second work contacts into my iOS. I want to have Siri make calls for me and I want an easy way to pull up contacts.

The replacement for the obsolete/no longer supported Outlook 2010 tool lost critical functionality for the millions of iphone users worldwide.
When will this bug/error be fixed?

Contacts on native iOS email app sync automatically. Instructions for doing that with Outlook app are unclear and not sure where they are located. Even when you have contacts enabled for the app, when you select a name from an email, the contact number does not show.
I end up going back to the iOS app whenever I need to call people.

Want to be able to add contacts to iPhone or access contacts on phone from outlook app. Just like apple mail does it.
I would also like to be able to manage multiple calendars from outlook on the app.
I can’t send a picture from my photos with outlook. I have to use my gmail. This is an extra step especially when sending something for business purpose.

Sync Apple‘s contact book so all of my contacts are available in outlook for iOS and from there also in outlook on my laptop.
Apple’s contact book should be the leading contact management application, but all contacts should also be available in outlook to improve outlook’s value. -

Outlook should use contacts from your phone's address book. It should not require you to add iCloud as an account for several reasons:
* You may not want to store your contacts in iCloud. You may have a separate contact provider or keep them local on your phone for security reasons.
* You may not use email or calendars in iCloud. Then, there would be no reason to add iCloud to your app.
* And, the biggest one, the iCloud contact sync is extremely delayed. I've added contacts to iCloud to test Outlook and it takes days for it to show up if ever. It would obviously be faster to just read them directly. Also, many users have asked for this already. Those requests have received hundreds of votes but an admin keeps going around marking it as complete because users can work around it by syncing contacts thru their iCloud account.
Do not mark this as completed if it requires going thru a separate provider such as iCloud or adding an extra account to the app. That is NOT the request. The request is to read directly from the device.

I love Outlook and have been using for many years. Why do the mobile versions (iPad and iPhone) not have a People contacts feature that sync with my Computer’s People items? Having those when away from home would be so beneficial/convenient. Not having is making me look at other options to Outlook and I really don’t want to do that...

Gmail and other apps do this seamlessly but outlook app does not - even though it gives the option to let them be accessed it does not work! Please upgrade.

Automatic syncing of the contact from Outlook to iPhone, it doesn´t sync automaticly. It would also be great if you can edit and add contact from your phone and then it syncs to Outlook.

Currently any created contacts or contact groups from Outlook on PC are not syncing to the Outlook iOS Mobile app.
Upon checking microsoft docs ( https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/clients-and-mobile-in-exchange-online/outlook-for-ios-and-android/outlook-for-ios-and-android-faq ) it seems 'bi-directional sync' of outlook contacts is only supported for Android.
When can you get this working for iOS? -
