Ability to enable or disable accounts
I have few exchange server accounts that are sometimes unreachable (probably during maintenance) and during this time I keep getting popup request to set the password. What I would really like is to disable this account until the servers are reachable so that i can at least continue working with other email accounts. Because of this popup i cannot work with other accounts until the connectivity is fixed. This feature is also useful when i am outside the country and when data is expensive. I could disable the accounts that are not important and only download emails for accounts that I really care about.

A mute function so that if you’re on annual leave from work you can just mute that account for the length of time you’re off for

While you can disable the calendar from the calendar tab, it would be great to disable calendar access on a per account basis like you can in the iOS Settings app.
I use this app for work, and also a personal account. When I go on leave I want to turn off my work account so I am not tempted to look at incoming emails. A toggle switch would be ideal for this to turn my work account off and then back in again. I know you can delete, but then I lose contacts and calendars, which I want to continue to use.
Have an option to disable or to group specific inboxes in order to separate work and personal mail.

I never want to use it and it keeps getting auto selected in some situations.

I would like to be able to go on vacation and disconnect a bit- id like to just pause getting emails and invites on my phone until I choose to reconnect. In order to do this now, I have to uninstall the app (unless there’s another way I don’t know about).
How about an option to turn an account off instead of completely deleting it. I sometimes want to check my work email but not always have it active. As it is now I have to completely delete the account which makes no sense.

I use the app for both my personal and work email accounts but I have no interest in searching my work account directory crafting a new routine. My work directory contains tens of thousands of entries and renders the app useless when I want to create a personal email.
The native iOS email client allows me to selectively enable or disable contacts per account. The current limitation keeps me from using Outlook as much as I love everything else about it.

I would like to be able to add an account but choose if I only want to use the calendar of that account and have the mail feature turned off. You are able to do this with Apple and it’s great!
Really important feature for every user!

Enable a feature to disable one or more email accounts e.g to be able to switch off work emails whilst on holiday but still receive personal emails

My users must have the possibility to disable Outlook iOS or androïd during holidays. Thank’s to make this possible.

That would be really useful. Thanks.
It would be nice to be able to disable an account without removing it. I can disable all the notifications, but the counter near the application’s icon continue to count them.

During my vacation I don’t want to see any mails from my company mail address

I'd LOVE to temporarily "mute" an email account in the app-- specifically I want to be able to check my personal accounts in the app while not seeing my work account (or at least not seeing new messages in my work account) without deleting my work account.
I have multiple accounts in my app. When I am on vacation I would like to pause or mute my work account while still retrieving mail from others

When on vacation, I don’t want to receive work email. I want to be able to turn it off for a period of time, without deleting the account. When I come back from vacation, I want to turn the work email back on with a push of a button.

I have several email accounts and when I go on vacation I want to disable syncing for my work account. Currently I have to remove the account completely to avoid getting work emails during this time.
We should be able to disable accounts on demand and enable them when desired later.
This should not only disable the auto syncing of emails but also should remove the account from the Active list while keeping it in the Account Settings section just one setting away from being activated again.
If possible, syncing of the Contacts should not be affected or otherwise you could give us the options to disable the syncing we want whether it is email and contacts or just one of them.
Apple Mail app has had this functionality all along, not sure why it has not been implemented on the Outlook app.
