Markups on PDFs don’t show up unless PDF has been flattened. It would make it very convenient to be able to look at all PDFs without having to guess if some of the detail are not visible.

The markups are hidden unless I copy the pdf file to an external app such as Adobe pdf viewer.

Can’t view text in PDFs forms. Have to pretend like I am going to print it for the text to show up.
Currently the PDF viewer cannot show the comments marked by Adobe Acrobat, please add this function

I’m constantly waiting in this app: it checks the licenses or trying to synchronize with servers. This is not in seconds but sometimes even minutes. Perhaps pending on the network speed, but even when these are optimal it is frustrating long.
It is impossible to start ms word or excel out of this app, as these apps suffer from the same architecture: screens are constantly changing and ‘starting’ mostly with no result.
Due to the restrictions of copying data (I know these are company restrictions) this is the worst business app I know.
Unfortunately I am forced to use it.
A redesign based on experiences of actual users who are traveling and doing there job would be nice. There is a nice book that may help you: ‘don’t make me think’.
Now it is a IT tool, similar to a windows system: inaccessible due to the geeky and sloppy security approach were users are frustratedly waiting to finally accessing information for doing their job.

I can not open any pdf document on app, I can only read the attached through website page.
BEING ABLE TO OPEN FILES IN OUTLOOK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
With the native pdf viewer in Mail App of Apple you are able to open a PDF and navigate quickly between pages.
So you are able to jump more quickly to last page from an PDF document.
Unfortunately PDF files which contain fillable form data fields dont show the entries when the file is opened in the app. You have to export it to e.g. Dropbox first to see the entries in the fields.

It is ridiculous that the app seems to deliberately prevent the user from making use of the full functionality of iOS. Exporting to Goodreader, iBooks etc should be standard.

Incredibly frustrating that word documents can't be exported as PDFs to Goodreader and IBooks, even through the iPhone/iPad print function.
Hope to have easier function. Like can copy attachment into another email subject.
The title says it all. When I pay more to use this suite than any other office suite, I'd expect all the functions that are available in other apps.
Something as simple as exporting to PDF should be included.

The outlook app should recognize when you receive an email from OneDrive notifying you someone has shared a file or folder, and open it in the OneDrive app instead of just triggering the browser.
Opening the browser forces the user to type their email and password when they already have the OneDrive app authenticated.
This becomes an even worse experience when you use the Microsoft Intune Managed Browser, which doesn't allow the user to save passwords.
In other mail Apps you can touch and hold an attachment and a list of Apps to open it pops up. I'd love to have this in Outlook as well to open .csv files directly in Excel instead of viewing the text and from there open it in Excel.
Make my day and choose this feature for the next release.
Keep up the good work. I love using outlook on iOS.

Allow previews of PDF documents when attached to emails

For most apps on IPhone and or IPad we can't see nor open attachment from
This is very strange and not useful to be mobile with your device.
So I need to access from iPhone calendar to see attachments.
I regularly receive PDF attachments but cannot open/view them through the iOS app. Can this be fixed please?
When opening PDF's on your app on my iPhone & iPad it doesn't show notes that people have drawn using the adobe PDF program. I have to open the PDF in another Adobe Reader app to work. Will you be fixing this in the next update or allow in the setting to have the pdfs that are sent in email be open with a PDF app of are choice?
