I have different user in hotmail and outlook, when I had the 1st user no prb. When I try to add 2nd user the app says me that the user is already added and after I’m no more able to view the email. Only for info the 2 users are not alias. Let me known. Rgs

We have several sub accounts that I can only access on my desktop. I would love to have access to these folders on my mobile device so I don’t miss them if I am not sitting at my desk.

In the PC version it is possible to add group account to the main account. For example a general department account that is shared over a group of people. Those type of accounts cannot be added directly.

If I have 2 emails one with aliases and subfolders
I need to be able to see the email in the main inbox example
If I have an email email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org, and also support has 3 aliases accounting, notification, and jump.
If someone send an email to jump I could see this email in all inbox. So I do not have to every 2 min to that folder to see if I got an email or not.
That will be very helpful.
Many of our users have multiple contact lists in Office 365 besides their main contact list. How can we get the other contact lists to sync to our people in the Outlook for iOS app?
Yes, since the Outlook Rules from my Desktop MS Outlook parse my mail (by design) into sub-accounts or sub-mailboxes under my main Inbox. Pushed messages only appears in my main Inbox. Why the heck does this not apply to all mailboxes contained within??
