Contact sort by Company
It would be great to be able to sort contacts in the app by "company"....like you're able to do online. That would really help, specially when it's an infrequent contact and you can just scroll to see where their company roster is.

Agreed; in a large organization with multiple sub-orgs, only being able to find someone via their name is a big limitation
Need this. I have 2000 contacts and don’t always know name
This has been requested for years now...what’s the intention and status?

Iphone XS Outlook App - I have many contacts with only business name. Need to be able to search by business name.
When you search contacts right now it will only pull from the name. I would like it to pull from other fields as well such as company name or notes. For example if I search for a company it would show me all of the people from that company.

Currently you have to start typing the address from the beginning, so “Company_engineering” cannot he found by typing “engineering” which means you have to type out the whole thing every time.
In the IOS version of contacts and email, I can type a few characters up to the whole company name and the contact names I have for that company automatically pop up, making it easier to find and select the exact person I am looking for. This also is great if I have forgotten who the contact person was but know the company name.
In Outlook for IOS, only the name can be searched. Typing the company name gives no results.
Please enhance the app to allow this feature to work!! thanks

I cannot find a way to list addresses by company name. It will sort by that, but in the view it will only show the person.

I wanted to suggest the ability to use company Add-ons for outlook in the App. For example the company I work for has a phishing reporting tool in outlook for the desktop version, called PhishMe. I was wondering if we could get this added to the app that way we can report a phishing email on the go.

I have many contacts, all working for the same company. Sometimes, I can’t remember a particular persons name, but I know the company he works for. I would like to be able to search by the company name and have all the contacts listed for people who work for that company.

Need to be able to view, find and sort by “Company” name in app for Outlook 2016
Addison outside sales rep with well over 1000 contacts. It's hard to remember everybody's first name sometimes or last. To not be able to look them up by company name is ********.
I noticed this a few years back in for it to still be a problem is unreal.
Are used to use a different contact manager and I've gone back to outlet because I thought this would be solved by now.
After talking to my colleagues. It seems I am not the only one troubled by this.
When searching through my people list. It would be nice to see the persons name and then underneath the persons name show the company name. Currently it shows the persons name and then underneath that is the email address. Thank you.

As you know he developers of this app have not thought to include company names. Therefore if someone has Microsoft as a contact in regular outlook it will not show up in this app. It would have to be listed as a first name of an individual. I.e. first name: Microsoft. for those that are in business it's hard to rename with this convention to utilize this app. Please consider
I would like to sort people/contact by last name, company, category and last used.
Should be similar to outlook on the PC.
View as a vCard would be great
is there any fix for it? its annoying that this trivial feature is not present in outlook app.
Need the ability to search contacts by company name.
I would like to be able to sort my contacts (in the People section) by last name. Currently, It is sorted by first name.

Business should sort by the business name with the personal entities. They now show under #'s and did not appear to be sorted in any discernible order. It makes it very difficult to locate the business detail.
