Hi. Is it possible to disable badges for the account who I disabled the notifications? Now, even if I disabled the notification for a specified account, in the app is shown the badge of this account.

Hi, if i delete mails without reading them, the badge of outlook app at the home screen still shows that I have X mails without reading. It’s really annoying.
Same here. I would like to see badge counts for my Outlook mailbox, but I don't want to include counts on my other mailboxes. This fix would be greatly appreciated.

Yes please!!! I have access to several mailboxes that I need monitor in emergency. But I ONLY CARE ABOUT ONE and it's BADGE COUNTS!!!
The badge count (little red number on the App icon) counts all unread emails accross all accounts.
It would be beneficial to have the option to disable this per account, similar to have notifications work.

Turn off unread mail badge count for specific accounts in outlook.

Thank you for adding this "Working It" Status. I have many accounts I need to have access to, but I don't manage them, it's frustrating when I only care about my primary accounts Focused Inbox items. Soon the better!!!
I am on vacation and I don’t want to delete the app while away, but I am leaning towards it because I don’t want to be disturbed. All though I have turned off notifications, still seeing the badge count increase gives me anxiety about missing emails. Thanks
Do not include junk emails within badge count

Batch Counter on App shortcut:
THe batch counter still pops up when e-mail is received in the mailbox and DND is enabled within the Outlook. When we say a DND it should also suppress the batch counter so that it does not distrct user from doing other activity on iOS device.
Please can you have a look at it.

Would like to see the ability to toggle a badge / email count per account. For example, it would be great to have my work and personal accounts both synced with Outlook, but I really only want to see badge count on personal, or work, or both.
Likewise - I have multiple accounts and only want badge numbers for one of them. Please add this!
I need this too. I have 5 mailboxes, but only want the badge to count and show how many unread mails in two of the mailboxes. It should be selectable in settings, which mailboxes to include in the count for the badge number.
There is a bug in the latest ios version.
If you have multiple accounts, and you turn off notifications for one or more of them, the red badge on the outlook icon (ios home screen) still shows how many unread messages there are for that account.
The proper behavior should be that only for accounts where notifications are enabled yield unread badges on the icon.
It is not a solution to turn off badge notifications in the iOS settings for the app entirely because then you can't see the unread number for the accounts you care about.
Would be good to have the option to turn off all notifications for a given account, including red badges for unread emails rather than combining all regardless.
- Organize by thread
- Badge Count
These two options under settings mail section need to be per account not for all mailboxes across all accounts .
I would love to have the ability to control per account.
When selecting focused inbox for for batch number it shows all before you enter the app and get them all downloaded.
Before it was possible to choose but now no. Missing that feature.
This has been being worked on for too long!
Working with this app in the enterprise workplace I have a multitude of rules, inbox and archive folders and I decide which are important emails and not having a badge count available unless I turn on Focused Inbox is the worst. I should be able to set badge count to on regardless of focused inbox being on or off.
Also no way to list special alerts for special senders is not good for me (a la VIP).
App needs a lot of work. Full transparency I was forced to this app based on work rules and had no issues with the native iOS mail app and would be still using that if I could
