Saving files
Thanks for your update in attaching files from different storages. Still there is a flaw in saving files in incoming emails. I should be able to save all files in to a desired folder of the storage instead of storing a single file in to "outlook" folder one by one.

Until a recent update there was a tab in the page action button that allowed to save an image to my iPad from an email. In our line of work, we use that very often. Hoping to get that back soon.
It is an integral part of our business. -

HTML5 is the current web standard. There are senders who send rich text and images in their emails. We should be able to save the embedded images we choose to our device while reading emails. Ex: the email comes and it's full of images linked to pages on the web. Like a product catalog would be.
We should be able to long-press or 3Dtouch the image and be able to save it instead of long-press doing nothing and a tap taking you to the website.
We should be able to save within an email to our device.

Currently it doesn’t seem to be able to save pictures in the email to the cell phone.

Please make it possible to save e-mails to a cloud drive service such as OneDrive.

I used to be able to save email attachments in specific folders in Microsoft iCloud Drive. Noticed the feature was removed in the latest version. It now needs an additional couple of steps to do this. Can anything be done about this?

- ability to rename files before saving / exporting them elsewhere
- ability to save / export some or all attached files at once
- ability to reliably open files larger than 10MB... I am opening large files via Outlook on the web because they constantly do not open on my iPad -

I use my email a lot for work and I have a lot of saved documents on some folders that I can access from my phone through safari. My company started to use the outlook app instead and now it doesn’t let me see the files on those folders if I use the app, but if I access the email through safari it does let me see the files.

When saving an email, suggest a previously used folder for the same sender/subject.
Could also be implemented by scrolling the list of folders to a place close to the last used folder.

Save as to OneDrive, not to phone!

For every E-Mail one has to scroll through the full folder List from the beginning. Apple Mail does two things that massively improve this:
1) When one E-Mail has been saved to a folder, the next time an e-Mail is saved the perspective starts at the same spot in the folder list as the previous e-mail.
2) Maybe more difficult: Apple Mail learns what subject and/or recipients or senders belong to which folders and makes a suggestion that one can follow or not.
Without this feature I feel that sorting E-Mail is way too difficult and time consuming. Please add. Thank you!

When saving an email to a file that should suggest where similar files are saved to eliminate need to scroll through entire list. This feature exists in Apple email.

Can you provide the ability to refine the files function? It’s prominent location between mail and calendar suggest its importance. Yet since it pulls files from every folder it’s not as useful as it could be.
Allow me to indicate which folders I want or don’t want to be included.
Example: I’m on the buy sell alias and have a rule to move those messages to another folder, and I don’t want any of those items appearing in my file filter.

I would suggest that you add the new Files 'local phone' folder in iOS 11 as a location to 'share to' and, more importantly, 'attach from' when it comes out. That capability now exists for the native Mail app in the beta version of 11.

A Save All option would be extra useful to quickly save a bunch of files from an email to a onedrive location (or other cloud services)
