    • Bring back search field at top of inbox

      Please let me search my inbox from a search field at the top of my inbox, instead of having to click the separate magnifying glass icon at the bottom, which is less efficient.

        • Missing cursor

          In this update I can’t see my cursor when typing an email. At least I couldn’t after I interrupted the typing. I think I “lost” it after I got a message. I swiped down to answer the text, swiped back up, and then lost the cursor. I think that’s how it happened. Besides making it hard to edit my email by typing, it also made select/select all pretty difficult!

                There are a few quick and easy way to delete emails from the Outlook app.

                1. Delete button in reading view.

                Simply tap on the “trash” icon on the upper right corner of the screen to delete the email that’s currently open.

                2. Swipe to delete.

                Swipe the email to the left. By default, this will archive the email. However, you can customize Swipe Options in the Settings and change the action to Delete.

                3. Bulk delete.

                This is very useful when you want to delete multiple emails at once. To do this, long press on an email until a checkmark appears at the left of it. Once you’ve selected multiple emails, you’ll then be able to perform the following actions: deleting, marking as read, archiving. A “Select…

                • Fix subfolder sync problems

                  When using Outlook on Mac, i can create subfolders to store emails. Since August 2018, any new folders created in Outlook Mac do not appear in iOS Outlook.

                    • Disable/turn off mailboxes for a specific period of time (weekends, after Xpm to Xam)

                      Hi,
                      can you add a feather to be able to turn off / disable Mailboxes for a specific period of time (Ex. weekends). This way people an disable things like the work email outside working hours, so the user can actually switch off and not have to think about work etc.

                        You can now temporarily turn off your email notifications using the new Do not Disturb feature of the app. To do so simply tap on the 3 horizontal lines on the top left corner> Next tap on the bell icon next to the email address displayed or go to the “All Accounts” tab to set up do not disturb for all accounts connected to the app > Next choose the timed or scheduled option that best suits your needs.

                        The iPhone Outlook app doesn’t allow me to sync all of my calendars—or at least there isn’t an obvious way to do this

                            Ability to view fillable PDF forms. Currently if you open a PDF fillable form that was emailed to you, the fillable part is blank although it has been filled. If opened in a PDF viewer you can see the filled fields.

                              • Duplicate attachments bug

                                When my users attach files to an email, they will fail to send, then duplicate the number of attachments on the message, which is now in the outbox.

                                        This feature is already available in the latest Outlook for IOS. Please tap on the e mail>Three dots on top>Select Move to a Folder>Tap on the + Icon on top right. You can create and name a new folder to move the desired e mails.
