  1. Dark Mode based on iOS system settings

Although Dark Mode is a nice addition to Outlook, it is implemented poorly. The whole advantage of iOS’ dark mode implementation is that it is system-wide and can be controlled on a schedule. It is impractical for us to have to manually switch to dark mode whenever we want to used it.

Thank you for your feedback! Outlook for iOS on version 4.5 and higher will respect the iOS 13 system settings. You can configure this by going to App Settings under Preferences.

    All the best,

    The Outlook Mobile Team

PS: Please use the Help Section of the app for any questions, we are not able to see replies to this address.

  2. Inbox Dark Display

Add an option to have a dark display in the mobile app. The white display can be very harsh on the eyes.

    Hey everyone,

Dark mode is now fully rolled out on Outlook version 4.0 and higher! You can turn on Dark Mode by going to App Settings under Preferences. You will need to restart your app in order to see the setting. Thank you for your feedback and for voting on this feature.

    All the best

  3. Unread folder / Flag messages

In the unread folder you should be able to read ALL the unread message from all folders and accounts, not only from inbox. Most of the users are running rules and this feature will be very convenient.

Add a folder with all the Flag messages.

Add customized search folders as on desktop Outlook.

  6. Apple Watch Infograph Complications

I used the Outlook Calendar complication on the Modular watch face of my original Apple Watch all the time, so I was disappointed to see that Microsoft has not created a new Outlook Calendar complication that is compatible with the new Infograph and Infograph Modular watch faces available in Watch OS 5.0.

Please create a new Outlook Calendar complication that is compatible with the new Infograph and Infograph Modular watch faces available in Apple Watch OS 5.0.

Telling me an email was received "yesterday" is only mildly helpful. I'd like to know the time an email was received

    Hi there,

Thank you for using Outlook Mobile and sharing your ideas with us. We really appreciate your support.

There are a few quick and easy way to delete emails from the Outlook app.

    1. Delete button in reading view.

Simply tap on the “trash” icon on the upper right corner of the screen to delete the email that’s currently open.

    2. Swipe to delete.

Swipe the email to the left. By default, this will archive the email. However, you can customize Swipe Options in the Settings and change the action to Delete.

    3. Bulk delete.

This is very useful when you want to delete multiple emails at once. To do this, long press on an email until a checkmark appears at the left of it. Once you’ve selected multiple emails, you’ll then be able to perform the following actions: deleting, marking as read, archiving. A “Select…

  13. Calendar colors

I am a big fan of OWA for IOS. I’m sorry to see an end of Life announced for OWA.

OWA’s calendar respects the event colors that are in the PC version of outlook. I find this very useful and that is why I prefer OWA for IOS vs Outlook for IOS.

Will Outlook for IOS be enhanced to respect the calendar event colors from PC Outlook?

    Thanks in advance,

  15. Sharing problem with iOS 13

    Hi there,

I have just updated my iPhone to iOS 13, but I have came across a problem using Outlook.

Whenever I try to share a document via outlook from my photos or any other app, it doesn’t work.

I have recorded a video, so contact me via email to share it with you if necessary.

I hope this will be fixed in the next update.

    Thanks

    Best Regards
