Outlook for iOS

    Please update so it can support iPhone X!
    The default app is horrible compared to outlook and I can’t live without it!

        Thank you for using Outlook Mobile and sharing your ideas with us. We really appreciate your support.
         
        It is currently already possible to select multiple emails at once. To do so, long press on an email until a checkmark appears at the left of it. Once you’ve selected multiple emails, you’ll then be able to perform bulk actions on them, like moving, deleting, marking as read/unread, archiving… A “Select All” option will also appear in the top right corner.

        This app doesn’t allow access to shared calendars like the old OWA did. Please address.

          Hi Outlook users,

          We’re excited to announce that the Outlook on iOS application now supports shared calendars for Office365 and Outlook.com users!

          If you already have a shared calendar, you’ll need to upgrade it so that it syncs to your mobile phone. It’s simple to do though: just ask the calendar owner to re-share the calendar to you, and then click the Accept button in the Outlook app. After accepting, you’ll be able to see the shared calendar on your mobile phone!

          This feature is only available if both the calendar owner & the sharing recipient are hosted in Office365 or Outlook.com. And if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to the in-app support team by going to Settings > Help & Feedback> Contact Support and we’d be happy to help!

                It is currently already possible to set an out of office message in the app for Exchange and Office 365 account.
                 
                To setup out of the office replies, tap settings > tap your Office365 or Exchange account > tap Automatic Replies > toggle the switch on. 
                 
                You may choose:
                1.) Reply to everyone
                2.) Reply only to my organization
                 
                You can also set up a different messages for your organization and external senders.
                 
                Tap done once you have set up your automatic reply.

                • Bring back old set up

                  Don’t sort my emails for me. That’s what the junk folder is for. I can decide for myself what to “focus” on. I want all my emails in one folder!!!

                    • Ridiculously slow

                      App is ridiculously slow. Frustratingly. Screens take ages to load and often hang. Very poor performance as compared to most other apps I use on my phone.

                      Would expect much better from a Microsoft enterprise product.

                        Not yet have the ability to share calendar with my boss. This would make my work life incredibly easier.

                            • Drafts cannot be opened

                              Hi, I can’t check my drafts from my phone, as were written NO MAIL. Generally I have a mails in my draft folder

                              • Add POP and POP3 email support

                                Allow the user to add POP and POP3 emails. They are needed for our jobs. So please add the option. 🙏🏽

                                  Hello there!

                                  As much as we’d like to provide customizable options for everyone to choose from, this one is a technical impossibility with the way Outlook has been set up. POP3 downloads email from a server to a single computer, then deletes it from the server. Because of this, it can appear that mail is missing or disappearing from your Inbox if you try to check your mail from a different computer. One of the benefits of Outlook on iOS (and Android) is the ability to manage your important messages from multiple devices you use throughout the day.

                                          I should be able to select all to delete, move or archive. And select all for permanently deleting. Need to mirror the Yahoo iOS app. This is all common suggestions that should already be there.
