  1. Dark Mode based on iOS system settings

    Although Dark Mode is a nice addition to Outlook, it is implemented poorly. The whole advantage of iOS’ dark mode implementation is that it is system-wide and can be controlled on a schedule. It is impractical for us to have to manually switch to dark mode whenever we want to used it.

    Thank you for your feedback! Outlook for iOS on version 4.5 and higher will respect the iOS 13 system settings. You can configure this by going to App Settings under Preferences.

  2. Inbox Dark Display

    Add an option to have a dark display in the mobile app. The white display can be very harsh on the eyes.

  3. Unread folder / Flag messages

    In the unread folder you should be able to read ALL the unread message from all folders and accounts, not only from inbox. Most of the users are running rules and this feature will be very convenient.

    Add a folder with all the Flag messages.

    Add customized search folders as on desktop Outlook.

  5. Share Mailbox in Outlook App

    Good day, on my account on the web I have associated a Shared Mailbox as added share folder, however, I cannot find that option in the app, it would be good if can be added.

    I used the Outlook Calendar complication on the Modular watch face of my original Apple Watch all the time, so I was disappointed to see that Microsoft has not created a new Outlook Calendar complication that is compatible with the new Infograph and Infograph Modular watch faces available in Watch OS 5.0.

  15. Bug Fix - GMail Folder Names Containing Forward Slashes

    Outlook treats forward slashes in folder names from GMail accounts as folder separators and splits the folder in two. Please can this be fixed!

    This feature is already available in the latest Outlook for IOS. Please tap on the e mail>Three dots on top>Select Move to a Folder>Tap on the + Icon on top right. You can create and name a new folder to move the desired e mails.

    MUST GET BACK THE AUTO FILL in the TO FIELD. As it’s impossible for us to memorize all the email addresses.

  19. Read aloud long emails

    When listening to my emails, the app skips long emails and will only read the first few lines. But those long emails are EXACTLY the emails I would love to listen to instead of reading. The longer emails typically come from leadership, and are big important announcements. But they can be hard to read because they are long and I lose focus or my eyes skip. These are exactly the messages I would love to listen to, and I could do it while getting ready rather than at my computer. Please expand read aloud to include long emails!!
