      It is currently already possible to set an out of office message in the app for Exchange and Office 365 account.
       
      To setup out of the office replies, tap settings > tap your Office365 or Exchange account > tap Automatic Replies > toggle the switch on. 
       
      You may choose:
      1.) Reply to everyone
      2.) Reply only to my organization
       
      You can also set up a different messages for your organization and external senders.
       
      Tap done once you have set up your automatic reply.

        There are a few quick and easy way to mark email as unread from the Outlook app.
         
        1. Mark unread button in reading view.
        Just tap on 3 dots beside the delete/trash icon on the upper right of the screen to show the other options, there you will find a mark as unread.
        2. Swipe to mark as unread.
        Swipe the email to the left or right. By default, this will archive the email. However, you can customize Swipe Options in the Settings and change the action to Mark as read/unread.
        3. Bulk action.
        This is very useful if you want to make changes on multiple emails at once. To do this, long press on an email until a checkmark appears at the left of it. Once you’ve…

      • Slow to open

        This app is mostly great but slow to open even on high speed wifi. Blank screen upon opening doesn't help, at least put a progress bar or wheel to distract me from the slow to open app. Maybe a squirrel running?

        • Fix Yahoo Mail Sync

          Every 2-3 days Outlook asks me to log into my Yahoo account AGAIN. It's like Outlook lost my password that I put in when I set it up. Then, if I don't enter the info, I can't ignore it or close it out. I have to delete the Yahoo account info to get to my Outlook. Please fix. Thanks!

          • focus and other

            there's no need for focus and other it's annoying when you have to click on both to just get an email, also emails have been missed because of this feature it's not needed. also the time an email was received should be listed, the new email set up is not user friendly

            • Make it load more quickly

              The first time I check Outlook in the morning or after a few hours of inactivity, I have to wait a minute or two until it refreshes. During this time, I cannot read or select a message to read, which is a waste of time.

                        • Fix the screen rotation

                          Cannot look at screen sideways on Iphone 6 Plus. The screen is truncated due to showing message string. Super annoying.

                            Need the ability to add and edit contacts!!! Also need contacts to show ALL info that is included in a contact file like 'Notes'. Can't understand how something as basic as this was omitted.

                              Currently, this feature is active for all outlook.com and Office 365 accounts, and Gmail is coming very soon.

                                • Images

                                  It would be really nice if you folks would fix the problem preventing images from being displayed when I open an email. Emails I received from Netflix or AMC for example suggesting new items to watch do not show any images just boxes with nothing in them. The emails display fine if I use Gmail to open them, or apple mail. This problem started occurring a few updates ago

                                      Since this update, outlook is less responsive and tends to lock up at times. Leave well enough alone.

                                          "Read" messages disappear from my inbox when I use the mobile app and I have no way to get back to them unless I go on my computer, which I don't always have access to.
