Dark Mode based on iOS system settings
Although Dark Mode is a nice addition to Outlook, it is implemented poorly. The whole advantage of iOS’ dark mode implementation is that it is system-wide and can be controlled on a schedule. It is impractical for us to have to manually switch to dark mode whenever we want to used it.

Please stop sending my emails to junk I’m missing out on lots of important emails! Fix it please!
All my emails are going to junk and I’m missing out on important emails because of this silly feature! It randomly decides things are junk without me deciding it - furthermore I get some emails from those contacts but some still go to junk. Like apple or my tax agent. Things that require urgent attention like bills. Please fix it

79 votesYou can now use two fingers to trigger swipe actions on iPad with the Magic Keyboard. Simply hover the cursor over the email you want to triage and swipe left or right with two fingers. We have also added several new keyboard shortcuts, hold the cmd key and supported shortcuts will appear on your screen. If there are more keyboard shortcuts you need, give us feedback through a new UserVoice submission.

Inbox Dark Display
Add an option to have a dark display in the mobile app. The white display can be very harsh on the eyes.

Flag
Flagging doesn’t work properly, after a while it doesn’t show flagged mail.

Unread folder / Flag messages
In the unread folder you should be able to read ALL the unread message from all folders and accounts, not only from inbox. Most of the users are running rules and this feature will be very convenient.
Add a folder with all the Flag messages.
Add customized search folders as on desktop Outlook.

Share Mailbox in Outlook App
Good day, on my account on the web I have associated a Shared Mailbox as added share folder, however, I cannot find that option in the app, it would be good if can be added.

I used the Outlook Calendar complication on the Modular watch face of my original Apple Watch all the time, so I was disappointed to see that Microsoft has not created a new Outlook Calendar complication that is compatible with the new Infograph and Infograph Modular watch faces available in Watch OS 5.0.

Why there is no option to attach files using Files app on iOS. Does everything really be in cloud to send an attachment

Email Autofill
Can you bring back the feature which autofills emails when typing in the “To” and “CC” fields. The feature was there before but has been removed now 😏

Category colors in calendar
It would be a great help to reflect the category colors used in the windows outlook calendar in the IOS version

Fix the missing attachment.
Outlook keeps deleting attachment without notifying me. Make it stop or have it tell me about it instead of my clients.
