  4. Don't Show Duplicate Contacts

Option to turn off contacts sync when you have multiple email providers. Without this option you get lots of duplicate entries in your contacts in outlook. At present lack of this facility stopping me using this app,

Allow the Outlook app to use the GAL, as well as Mailbox Contacts, for Caller Identification, similar to the LinkedIn app on iOS.

  10. Need to sync to Exchange GAL!!

Outlook on iOS does not sync GAL (Global Address List) for exchange to people tab of app.

This is a major lack of functionality for Exchange users. I would have thought this is P1 feature you would not ship without!!!

  11. New Contacts - auto add contacts signature data

A feature that I'm strongly missing is the recognition of signature information from an email of a new contact. Currently when setting up a new contact every bit of contact information needs to be filled in manually, something not doable and annoying in particular on the go. Contacts are key to very much every business and I strongly believe that adding this feature to this app will increase its download massively. So many people complaining about this and make them stick to the native iOS mail.

  13. Rename “people” to “contacts”

I don’t only have “people” in my address book. I have many businesses listed as well. They aren’t technically “people” are they? 😉
“People” can also be confusing to some users.

Also, the address book really needs an upgrade. Even the default iOS contacts app is miles ahead.

  15. O365 groups

Adding groups to this app will make the user experience much better. Also the same with onedrive.

  16. Forward a contact from Outloook app

Can you add the feature to forward a contact from the phone or tablet app to another person? This is very important with coworkers and improves efficiency rather than having to re-enter all the info.

This would be good to add in conjunction with adding/deleting/editing contacts on mobile platforms.

  17. Allow adding/editing of contacts from the People pane without requiring the default iOS Contacts app.

Allow adding/editing of contacts from the People pane without requiring the default iOS Contacts app. For example, our MDM was blocking the Contacts app from being visible. This would prevent the add contacts button from working and lockup the Outlook app. Resolution was to make the iOS Contacts app visible as the Outlook client uses the iOS Contacts app's "New Contact" entry form to add contacts to Outlook.

There is a similar issue with the iOS OneNote app. I am unable to "send page" when the default iOS Mail app is uninstalled and Outlook is the only app installed. I…

  18. Contact sort by Company

It would be great to be able to sort contacts in the app by "company"....like you're able to do online. That would really help, specially when it's an infrequent contact and you can just scroll to see where their company roster is.

  19. Contacts as attachment

Why can't we attach contacts in an email to share them with in a reply or forward VS having to share only from with the contacts card itself?

  20. Contacts from Sub Contact Groups

Currently, the iOS app only syncs contacts listed under the main “Contacts” option. I have a few other contact groupings such as Suppliers or Purchasing Agents in the Outlook PC application. This is great as it separates the contacts that I need for a given situation

**It would be great if the app would include those contacts when syncing the contacts to the phone. I don’t need them to be separated out by their contact group as indicated above, I just need their contact info to be in my phone address book!
