  4. Picture of People to transfer to iOS during exchange 365 sync.

Outlook contacts do not show up on iOS unless the “Save Contacts” are toggled ON. However, after the transfer, all the photos assigned to contact persons disappear from the iOS device because the transfer only drops raw data to the iPhone. Therefore there is no way to see the contact image in iMessage and other native Apple iOS apps. Ideally, the thumbnail image associated with the contact should transfer with the data to iOS.

  7. Filter messages

I’d like that when I filter my messages I could select some of them to delete them, to file them, etc. Thanks in advance.

  10. Stay in mailbox after deleting

It would be great to be able to stay within the mailbox after deleting a message and just go to the next message. Instead outlook takes you all the very back out to the list of messages again. This is inconvenient when you want to delete and clean up messages from your inbox for example.

  12. Antyspam on addresses, topics and body text!!!

I would only switch Outlook to my default e-mail browser if it had anti-spam rules for addresses, subjects, and body text (!). Otherwise, it is less useful than the Apple mail viewer I use.

  14. Harmonize reading direction etéreo app and desktop

The grouping of messages is the opposite on the app vs the desktop version. I never know where to scroll when I try to read a new message in a conversation. This is so confusing...

  15. Support for method=publish ical invites

Please support method=publish type ical invites (.ics). Currently Outlook iOS ignores the file completely and does not show anything.
Web version of the Outlook works perfectly.

  16. Outlook iPhone mobile app signature box doesn’t have the option to format the text.

Outlook iPhone mobile app signature box doesn’t have the option to format the text. In general our signature carry our mail if and website address. It has to be shown as a link and highlighted. But signature part is accepting plain text. Please bring this feature in the mobile app version

  18. I don’t want to see a banner pop up telling me to sign into my other email account.

I don’t need to be promoted to sign into another account. I choose to ignore another account for reasons. The banner takes up space on the screen & currently there’s no way to dismiss the prompt. Very annoying.

  20. Have birthdays displayed in the calendar

On the iOS native calendar and the Google calendar, birthdays automatically are displayed. Outlook calendar is great but I can’t seem to see why it doesn’t pull birthdays like the other apps do. It’s not a setting to just check box either because I don’t even get that option.
