Have a look at the EasilyDo Email app. Buy them. The Assistant features are simple and useful. The interface is on par with Outlook Mobile (slightly easier on the eyes). They do a better job with comfort features like Swipe, Assistant, Badge Count, Snooze, etc.

When sending emails from the desktop outlook through exchange, we use the NoReply form. These forms are not able to be displayed in the outlook app.

Our company uses Zimbra Collaboration for email. Zimbra uses EAS to sync email, which Outlook should be able to support. I'd like to see Zimbra officially supported by Outlook.

Currently only read messages that are scheduled will be moved to the Scheduled folder on the server (at least with Gmail). Unread messages remain in inbox when scheduled, although in Outlook they appear to be moved. Accessing the folders using another client (Gmail on web) reveals that they are still in inbox. This is confusing.

In the Greek language the word ΗΜΕΡΟΛΟΓΙΟ appears with all letters capitalized in the bottom bar. All other words have only the first letter as capital.
The same applies for the words ΕΦΑΡΜΟΓΕΣ ΗΜΕΡΟΛΟΓΙΟΥ in the side bar of the settings page.

I'd like to suggest you create a way to change my location (i.e. Going on holiday, travelling, seeing friends and family etc) without being instantly blocked across all accounts. It is wasting my life right now and I only have one!

I forgot I had two factor authentication on my iCloud account. I thought your app was faulty.

Suggest I f someone is trying to add an iCloud account unsuccessfully the error message could include a reminder to check if you have two factor authentication.

Why does it have one value for multiple devices. This is a big security flaw and Microsoft should address this ASAP.

When I create a new appointment or event, the new event window just shows "calendar" for the calendar name, even if I gave it a custom name/description to distinguish it from my other calendars.

When in Calendar view, if i tilt the phone sideways, day view changes to 3 day view. However, if i want to switch to Mail, i am not able to do it. I have straighten the phone again to be able to do that.

When viewing an email, the trashcan is right next to the archive box. If the archive box is activated in error, the dialogue that comes up does not have an option to cancel. You must either choose a folder or you must create a new folder but you can't just cancel. This can only be gotten out of by closing the Outlook application and reentering. I suggest that you should I add a cancel entry to the dialogue.

When I send a link via Apple Mail, it includes much more than just the URL - Outlook only includes the URL.

When I do a move operation like to trash, I want to be able to click on the trash folder and see a count of the pending items that I just moved that haven't been rendered or retrieved. A client request should initiate a count that is stored on the client to be used in scenarios like the above to indicate to the user that data is awaiting to be synced.

My company, Hewlett-Packard, utilizes ZixMail within Outlook to send/receive secure mail. It would be great if I could open mail sent via ZixMail in my Outlook mobile app instead of waiting until I'm back on my desktop.
