  3. iOS 14 widget

    Apple already have the jump on outlook by releasing their widget in the beta of iOS14 (which is basically live tiles, wonder who thought of that?!). Yes I know Android have had it forever, well done Apple.
    BUT - let’s make sure Outlook has a mail and calendar widget to match (one you can swipe between the two, and options to add them individually)

  7. Preview files about xdw, xbd and xct in Outlook for iOS.

    (Japanese follows the English/日本語はこの英語メッセージに続く)
    ■Title(件名):
    Preview files about xdw, xbd and xct in Outlook for iOS.
    iOS版Outlookでのファイルプレビュー(xdw, xbd, xct)

    ■Description(内容):
    Please support xdw, xbd and xct files in Outlook for iOS.

    Outlook for iOS can preview files supported by Outlook, such as PDF.
    However, Outlook for iOS can not preview xdw, xbd and xct files (*1) for the following reasons.

    DocuWorks Viewer Light (iOS) (*2) implements Quick Look Preview Extension.
    Thus, an app can preview xdw, xbd and xct files if the app implements QLPreviewController.
    Although Outlook for iOS has already implemented QLPreviewController, previewing xdw, xbd and xct files are…

  15. Outlook Tasks, Task List & Categories

    I use the “Getting Things Done” method at work and use Outlook tasks to organize my work activities. I create tasks from emails, apply a category, place priority, next items, the whole process. I get home and use my iPad for checking and responding to email and check my calendar for the next days activities. Problem is I cannot see my TaskList and categorized tasks I rely on to manage my day. I really would like you to consider making tasks and categories available in the IOS app to match the functionality of the MS software.

  17. Allow users to disable Text Predictions

    Earlier this year, Microsoft added the "Text Predictions" feature to Outlook for iOS. This feature predicts what users are trying to type as they are typing. Although the company allows users to disable this feature on Outlook and Outlook.com, it does not offer that functionality on Outlook for iOS. (Disabling the feature via the main iPhone settings menu only disables it for Apple apps, not for third-party apps like Outlook.) The inability to disable this feature is a troubling invasion of users' privacy: The feature operates by analyzing every word that users are typing in as they are typing. I,…

  18. IMAP email address prediction

    Up until two days ago I was able to start typing in an email address and it would pop up. I emailed support. They said that they updated the IMAP settings and this feature is not available at this time and they suggested I post here.

  19. Block Contact Button

    There should be a button saying if we would like to block an email, so we don’t get any more from them, because sometimes I get so many emails and i’m tired of it. You guys should take this into consideration:)
