Right now, it is not possible to remove an account from Outlook mobile, if the exchange account does no longer exist (or you do no longer have access to it).

If you have more account with the same name for example andre@xxy. / andre@xyz both accounts are shown with an „A“. It’s uncomfortable to find the right account quickly.

I was told to use Outlook and have few issues with it but Contact Support feature NEVER worked for me. For the last two weeks it either shows spinner right away or allows me to select category and subcategory and then shows spinner with “We are still trying to reach support...” message. Restarting the app and the phone doesn’t help. This feature should be 100% reliable and there should be at least a support email address provided somewhere in the app in case that feature doesn’t work

For those of us who have multiple devices could you add the ability to create a download of account info complete with passwords to be copied to other devices by use of the device camera to import via a QR code scan. Be much easier to set up the apps on other devices.

Certificates and remote tasking is getting to complicated because who is gonna certify everything in so little time.

Offer an Authenticator or other forms of 2 step verification with a fail safe back up code when all else fails. Such as in the case of hackers changing all notification methods when they’ve taken an account over. Such as an 8 or 12 word phrase written down. Then you ask for the 3rd, 6th snd 10th word. That’s proof of ownership that’s hard to beat.

On google classroom, whenever there are notifications that appear, I receive a notification on my outlook, which drowns out real teacher emails which are truly important. My feature would automatically de-prioritize these emails and take them away from the main inbox and place them in a separate dedicated place.

This would prevent accidental reply to work emails with personal email address. Or accidental adding personal contact in new email on work email.

Cannot have the send arrow so close to the text body of the email where I am typing. If my sentence ends on the bottom right of my iPhone screen....good luck getting the cursor back there without sending prematurely.
