Randomly alerts and not sending emails properly. Had to delete and reload several times.

Why is it taking forever to update Outlook?

Misspelled wds can be corrected by inserting cursor in the word. As is now you have to delete entire wd. Terrible.

My office 365 account name resets after every weekly 2FA authentication. I’ve confirmed with support that this is normal behavior however this is disruptive to the customizations in outlook regarding account name, position in the account list and the color of the account. Please correct so that account names are no longer reset during re-authentication.

I often find that when I’m in a sub folder (like sent) I double tap the Mail icon wanting/expecting it to go back to my primary inbox. Tapping on it majority of the time (since I’m not in sub folders) takes me there anyways so why not?

Need to have email from favorites show in the main focused inbox. not in folders when i touch picture. As soon as I hit email I need all favorites to show at top and any other email below that... Same function the iOS mail client has for VIP emails

I have three separate emails with 3 accounts

When I pun cursor, it should tell me the button’s name. It should be user friendly. Reply, reply all, forward-something like gmail. Hopefully it will be better.

Get rid of the black dark feature

Having the options available under settings would be nice!

Can the main viewing area be customizable Maybe allow each area to be movable like snap in windows/grids. Everyone has a different look that works for them. I prefer listing all my emails without the preview window. The integration of Microsoft To-Do and calendar would be great. An adjustable view would be awesome on the main screen.

Please support dark grey theme like Outlook desktop. Is much, much better to read.

There needs to be a per email option to view individual emails in light mode, when a user has dark mode enabled. Some emails have attachment formatting which results in black text on the black dark mode background. To view these few emails, a user needs to leave the email, go to settings, enable light mode, go back to the email, read and take care of the email, then go through all those steps again to reenable dark mode. Gmail for iOS has already implemented this feature to great success.

Too distracting and difficult to navégate for a senior person. I do like the original version better. I wish l can revert it.

This app works exceptionally poorly with iPhone. Using outlook is like taking a step back in time and using a Palm phone or a Blackberry.

What about a dashboard that helps me.
