Improve
Resolve conflicts for people using text to speach software to perform tasks like sending emails, entering calendar information and searches.
Would be very glad to work with Outlook to improve their product for people who are visually impaired like me!.

App icon
It would be nice to have a range of app icons you can choose from in the settings of Outlook. Maybe there could be multiple colors or even different designs. Feels like the outlook icon is a bit stale.

Shopping category
I wish if there is a feature that separates shopping emails where I shop a lot, and emails from stores make it hard to see work emails

Users of this feature should be allowed to add at least 1 image (PrintScreen)
It would really help Users if they could add at least 1 image (PrintScreen) to a Suggestion.
Some things are better said with the help of a picture.
Microsoft Answers lets the User upload & embed as many as they want and it has you select the size of the file before Uploading it.1 vote -
This Suggest a Feature forum’s Vote limit restriction & policy needs to be altered
This handy Suggest a Feature forum is set to not allow a User to make anymore Suggestions after they’ve Voted on a few, how many I don’t know. It doesn’t tell the User how many anywhere that I can find. After you reach this mysterious limit, the next time you come back to Suggest another Feature, it then tells you that “You’ve used up all of your Votes but you can still Search what others have Suggested”.
By playing around, I found out that if I go to the MY FEEDBACK tab & scroll down and delete a few old…1 vote -

Outlook on desktops has done this for years - one wonders why it’s impossible to do on the mobile version?

Make the UserVoice UI more intuitive
Setup:
> Navigation Menu : to easly go back and forth between topics
> Search function : to find or check if your planned topic already exist
> If not yet existing, moderation/moderator to "combine" similar topics?1 vote -
put an icon on the input box so i can SEE what i entered.
why can’t you put in icon in the input box to show what i entered in case i accidently hit the wrong key - very possible on the small iphone keyboard. would save me a whole lot of headaches. you expect everyone to be perfect when they enter a password.

Just make Outlook much more user friendly. I know Microsoft won’t but I’m being asked. See my response email address? It’s Gmail and not Outlook for a reason.
