    Hey there!

    Thank you all for your patience, it is possible to set a signature for each of your email accounts in the Outlook app.

    To do so open the app and go to Settings> Scroll down and tap on the Signature option> Tap on the Per Account Signature toggle on the top right of the screen.

    You will now see each of your email accounts listed along with their current signature, Tap on each signature to customize as needed.

  3. MY OUTLOOK ACCOUNT WAS HACKED TWICE!!!!!!! FIX THAT

    I save emails and delete things then go to check on em,and guess what? THEY'RE NEVER IN THE FOLDERS.

  5. Need the option of making/marking calendar entries "private"

    I share my work calendar, so there are times I want to add an event, but mark it as private so not everyone can see the details of that appt....just that I am busy during that time frame. This app does not offer this option, but most all others do.

    Hey there!

    When creating a calendar event you can now choose to keep that event private by scrolling to the bottom of the event creation screen and tapping on the toggle icon next to private.

  6. automatically discard draft messages that are empty.

    When someone mistakenly begins a new draft and they cancel the message, delete the draft if it's empty. Don't force the user to notice the little notification to delete it. This is just following the 80-20 rule here. Make the common use cases easier.

    It is currently already possible to perform bulk action in the app. To do this, long press on an email until a checkmark appears at the left of it. Once you’ve selected multiple emails, you’ll then be able to perform the following actions: deleting, marking as read, archiving. A “Select All” option will also appear in the top right corner.

    There are a few quick and easy way to delete emails from the Outlook app.

    1. Delete button in reading view.

    Simply tap on the “trash” icon on the upper right corner of the screen to delete the email that’s currently open.

    2. Swipe to delete.

    Swipe the email to the left. By default, this will archive the email. However, you can customize Swipe Options in the Settings and change the action to Delete.

    3. Bulk delete.

    This is very useful when you want to delete multiple emails at once. To do this, long press on an email until a checkmark appears at the left of it. Once you’ve selected multiple emails, you’ll then be able to perform the following actions: deleting, marking as read, archiving. A “Select…

    A Do Not Disturb feature for "after hours" would be great. if you could allow custom times, e.g. 8pm - 6am, that would be even better.

    Hi there,

    You can now temporarily turn off your email notifications using the new Do not Disturb feature of the app. To do so simply tap on the 3 horizontal lines on the top left corner> Next tap on the bell icon next to the email address displayed or go to the “All Accounts” tab to set up do not disturb for all accounts connected to the app > Next choose the timed or scheduled option that best suits your needs.

  16. add swipe action "Classify as Other / Newsletter"

    it would be great to be able to classify messages and associated senders so they would go to Other / unFocused folder next time. A swipe right action would keep the message and "move" it to Other emails. Next message from same sender would not be shown in the Focused folder, only in the Other emails.

    It is currently already possible to set an out of office message in the app for Exchange and Office 365 account.

    To setup out of the office replies, tap settings > tap your Office365 or Exchange account > tap Automatic Replies > toggle the switch on. 

    You can choose:

    1.) Reply to everyone

    2.) Reply only to my organization

    You can also set up a different messages for your organization and external senders.

    Tap done once you have set up your automatic reply.
