  2. Fix whatever causes the opening of particular emails to crash Outlook

No rhyme or reason, but I get at least 1 email a day that I can't open in the Outllok app without it crashing Outlook.

    Hi there,

Thank you for using Outlook and giving us feedback on features we should add. We really appreciate your support.

You can currently customize the Swipe feature so that it matches your needs. Head to the Settings > Swipe Options to do so.

We are currently looking into adding “Move to Folder” as another swipe option as well.

Having trouble finding the feature? Let us know through the Help section of the app in the Settings. We’re here to help.

Thank you again for your support, we look forward to hearing more of your ideas very soon.

    Hi!

Thank you for using Outlook Mobile and we really appreciate your support.

Recently, you requested that we add a setting to turn off conversation view in Outlook. Today, we are excited to announce that this has now been released.

To get this feature, just upgrade to the latest version of the app. You’ll then find the switch in the settings. Feel free to reach to us through the Help Section of the app if you encounter any trouble finding this feature.

    Thank you.

    The Outlook Mobile Team

  8. Allow access to your full history of support/help requests, not just the currently-open one.

Also support native Android long-press to copy text from your historical support/help requests.

    Hi there,

Thank you for using Outlook and giving us feedback on features we should add. We really appreciate your support.

It is currently already possible to select multiple emails to delete them. To do so, press and hold the round icon at the left of an email until checkboxes appear. Once you’ve selected multiple emails, you’ll then be able to perform bulk actions on them, like deleting, marking as read, archiving…

Having trouble finding the feature? Let us know through the Help section of the app in the Settings. We’re here to help.

Thank you again for your support, we look forward to hearing more of your ideas very soon.

  12. change back to previous display for hotmail on tablets. there is a huge blank space taking up most of the screen.

Only ' conversations' show on my inbox screen. So if I've not responded to an email on time I have to go digging around for it. That and blank space ( why! ) v annoying.
used hotmail in a computer recently and that has familiar features, unclear why it has changed on tablet.
