have a place to put photos with Microsoft that is on the Microsoft app.

when we compose a new mail, need a "to include list of things in the mail" with check box to choose,by the sender
when a new email is being composed , in case of official business mails ...a sender may forget to attach files or add addresses of company or add company logo in the email or pictures, website links..importantly other contact details ...needed a list of things to selected by sender before composing the email...in case if he still not finished all the things to include, the system alerts the sender if he rushes to click the send button...

make a feature, in the inbox, that if spam emails get into the inbox folder, that you devise a feature to delete them from the inbox
getting far too many spam emails in my inbox folder and have to keep clicking on report spam for it to go I to the spam folder, and this is annoying and time consuming, so I suggest to you, to have a feature in the inbox, that detect spam in the inbox and auto get rid of them

Allow users to flag one email from a chain instead of the whole group
When I flag an email using the vertical ellipsis icon at the top right of the app, it flags every single individual email from that chain. Therefore flagging one email for follow up might add 3, 5, 10, 50, etc. tasks in Outlook on my computer. I'd like the flag option to be exposed when I open that one individual email. Currently the ellipsis icon does not expose the flag when looking at one individual email.

Make the status indicators persist until the task they represent is complete.
The status indicators are only visible for a brief time before hiding themselves. The task they represent may have been completed, may still be in progress, may have been scheduled for later, or may have failed and been abandoned as a priority by outlook. There is no way to know what has happened as their is no feedback.
To reproduce this for yourself, turn your phone sideways while sending an email. The status indicator will disappear, and your email will possibly be sent, or possibly be moved to your outbox, or possibly just fail to upload.

Download path should be there, so that we can easily choose the folder to download the documents easily & to lookup those documents easily.
Unable to view downloaded path !! Microsoft a biggest company but still you can't make it easy for the users to view downloaded documents !!

takes longer time 2 load, attachments s'd be like WhatsApp and s'd be able to attach contact, s'd ask if copied content s'd saved in clipart
copied content should have exception that if saved in clipart or not

deleting email feature must be there through one touch or swipe
to delete mails collectively it takes much steps....it must be made easier

Let all mails be differentiated based on the the Subject.. Like weather it's Important mails or Promotional mails or From Social networks...
Let the mail box look Professionally, I hope my suggestion will be considered....
