Consolidate the app folder view, similar to outlook on a computer.
When i go to look at my folders in the outlook app it is an expanded view. I use a lot of folders and sub folders to keep organized. Please give parent folders a drop down option to see folder contents and sub folders. Im tired of having to scroll through every folder and sub folder to get to the bottom of the list. Thanks!

like to see outlook to further develop outlook to include a kanban tool, and or develop the to do list to work like the Monday.com app.
Kanban and monday.com functionalities will brings up outlook productivity to the next level. the main point is to have a fully integrated solution, instead of people having to open many applications to control tasks, projects, development, schedules, emails, text, iterations, etc. such new format via outlook will become cost effective and reduce cost on other applications, and put the money in outlook.

So we can choose how long to keep and when to delete messages automatically. Like "Delete as soon as they are read"
Have a choice for us to tell how long to hold email before deleting. Like: After they are read or delete email after 5 days. (Read and unread.) Etc
