  3. Actually make your android app work so that people can access their email and calendar

    Seriously, quota exceeded, empty inboxes, this account is unavailable offline...the list of issues with this app is getting bigger by the day.

    There are a few quick and easy way to delete emails from the Outlook app.

    1. Delete button in reading view.

    Simply tap on the “trash” icon on the upper right corner of the screen to delete the email that’s currently open.

    2. Swipe to delete.

    Swipe the email to the left. By default, this will archive the email. However, you can customize Swipe Options in the Settings and change the action to Delete.

    3. Bulk delete.

    This is very useful when you want to delete multiple emails at once. To do this, long press on an email until a checkmark appears at the left of it. Once you’ve selected multiple emails, you’ll then be able to perform the following actions: deleting, marking as read, archiving. A “Select…

  5. *Bug* Please fix notifications on Samsung Galaxy watches (and other watches too I believe) from repeating notification reminders every min)

    Lots of people have this issue. Reminders are repeated every minute. Despite you acknowledging the first on your watch... They repeat every minute

  7. Going back to being able to delete multiple emails from multiple accounts at once, not having to identify accounts first.

    If you have multiple emails accounts that are merged together, when deleting all the junk you can only delete from one account at a time. The previous version you could delete across multiple email accounts in one go.

    It is currently already possible to perform bulk action in the app. To do this, long press on an email until a checkmark appears at the left of it. Once you’ve selected multiple emails, you’ll then be able to perform the following actions: deleting, marking as read, archiving. A “Select All” option will also appear in the top right corner.

  8. would be nice to access the e-mail settings after compleating the setup.

    If change of e-mail distributor it would be nice not having to delete emailaccount and then set it up again

  10. make it quicker and also stop 'stacking' emails especially sent ones as at present it can look like you have sent emails to everyone on the

    have a quick version which simply shows all your sent and receivec emails in chronological order

    Hi there,

    You can now temporarily turn off your email notifications using the new Do not Disturb feature of the app. To do so simply tap on the 3 horizontal lines on the top left corner> Next tap on the bell icon next to the email address displayed or go to the “All Accounts” tab to set up do not disturb for all accounts connected to the app > Next choose the timed or scheduled option that best suits your needs.

  13. format issues

    Current format is terrible, focused emails make no sense, and conversations are even worse. Go back to the old format, just list each email, every email, and let the user decide how to categorize.

  17. add an option to report an app problem

    in each of the screens add a default option to report a problem or bug in the app at least for internal Microsoft users. I ran into an email rendering problem but there was no way for me to report it.

    Dark theme is now fully rolled out on Outlook version 4.0 and higher! You can turn on Dark Theme by going to App Settings under Preferences. You will need to restart your app in order to see the setting. Thank you for your feedback and for voting on this feature.
