Outlook for Android

  2. Enterprise sync

    Outlook for Android should sync all settings from users enterprise settings for example working week and office hours, for example I work Sunday to Thursday, 0700 to 1530, but your app does not pick this up or allow me to change in the app settings, very annoying, please look into this

  6. Fix Microsoft's PC error

    Is it a coincidence that since you've updated the email my PC is continuously telling me that Microsoft account needs attention?? I've updated all I can.

    Hey, Everyone!

    To access folders other than your inbox simply tap on the 3 horizontal lines on the top left corner of the app> Tap on the specific email account your wanting to check> Choose “See All Folders”. This will give you access to not only your junk folder but also any folder you have created on the desktop portion of your account.

    Hey, Everyone!

    Thank you all for your feedback! It is currently possible to turn the Focused feature on and off as well as adjust what is displayed in each inbox.

    To disable your focused inbox go to your app settings> scroll down to Focused Inbox and tap on the toggle switch to turn it off. If you choose to re-enable this feature you will simply use these same steps.

    To move items from focused inbox to the other and vice versa simply tap and hold on the email listed > Tap on the 3 vertical dots on the top right corner of the screen > choose the appropriate action depending on which inbox you are currently working with> you will then receive a pop up asking you to move only this message or this message and all future messages> choose your preferred action then tap move.

  12. tap to delete drafts

    Currently you have to enter each draft message, exit then choose discard in order to delete drafts! Make it like any other folder where you can choose the messages you want to delete then delete them all at once.

    Hey!

    Thank you all for your patience and feedback with this feature. It is now possible to quickly delete items from your drafts folder.

    To do so you can tap and hold on the draft you want to remove> once the check mark pops up on the left side tap on the trash icon> Note it will ask you to permanently delete the draft so it will not be moved to your trash bin.

    You can also empty the entire draft folder by holding down on any item on the list> once the check mark pops up tap on the 3 vertical dots on the top right of the screen> Tap select all > Tap on the trash icon.

    Saving files/pictures directly to your device’s storage is already supported on the latest version of the app. Open the attachment then tap the arrow icon on the top right corner and the option to save the attachment to your device will be shown.

  18. Email search feature issue

    When searching for old emails through the app, for some reason old emails show up as Calendar invites. The full email text does not show up, and it has "RSVP" buttons. I would be happy to share the screenshot, but I do not wish to expose person email contacts.

    Today, you can access your folders through the icon at the top left corner of your screen (the 3 horizontal bars). When the list of your email accounts appears, click on the downward arrow next to the account of your choice to see folders.

  20. please allow me to navigate to the next message without having to go back to the list view.

    when looking at an email I would like to be able to swipe left or right to either move to the next or previous email in the list. I don't want to have to go back to the list each time to move to the next email.
