The app needs to take more care of how its present and future features affect its perfomance
Before the outlook app used to be really responsive and quick to open, but now things like opening the app and sending a new email make the app hang a lot, until now I was kind of it happening but now it's happening too often. As updates with more features came, the app was slowly slowing down.

shorten the ridiculously long list of complaints/ requests!
This list of complaints/requests is to long to process. Either fix the complaints or reject them.

Posts on this forum are not always saved.
I posted comments in the Suggest a Feature (Feedback Forum) for Outlook for Android. This increased the number of comments but would only temporarily display my comment and not save it (with no explanation for why). It was perhaps only with features marked as Completed.

Do not disturb when off work (inverse of the current, when at work)
I want to not be disturbed when off work, i.e at home. Weekends are currently possible, but I want evenings as well. Just like the inverse of 'at work' do not disturb.
The reason being: I don't carry my laptop to every meeting, but would like notifications when I get an email or have an upcoming meeting52 voteshi there,
You can now temporarily turn off your email notifications using the new Do not Disturb feature of the app. To do so simply tap on the 3 horizontal lines on the top left corner> Next tap on the bell icon next to the email address displayed or go to the “All Accounts” tab to set up do not disturb for all accounts connected to the app > Next choose the timed or scheduled option that best suits your needs.
If you have any questions or need assistance locating this feature please contact our in-app support team by going to Settings>Help & Feedback> Contact Support.

stop 4x alert dialog on update pending
dogfooding, weekly updates and if do not update immediately start receiving four repeated alert dialogs on each navigation event. I don't update while traveling and will sometimes just stop checking my mail rather than dealing with alerts or redownloading everything over data.

Shared mailboxes and exchange public folders are not irrelevant for an enterprise customer! Microsoft seems to ignore that in mobile envs.
There's no way to access shared mailboxes and public folders in outlook 365 mobile. It's impossible to use outlook mobile in a corporate environment this way!

Facing issues in password update on outlook Mobile app on Android phone.
After I change my password, I am supposed to change it in other logged in apps. so I have changed my password in active directory app and now I wanted to update my password in the outlook app for my work email account. The option for doing the same are not easily available. Can you please improve user experience on this functionality.?
I think if I don't update my password the outlook account on my mobile app will go out of sync.

add a simple switch/setting to mute notifications on your app
Mute all notifications with a simple switch setting, or mute for a user-entered time (similar to out-of-office menu). This would be helpful for days when on annual leave when we don't want to be alerted of emails.
