    Hi there,

Thank you for using Outlook and taking the time to share your experience with us.

We currently only support the latest version of the app. This means that it is not possible to go back to older versions of the app at the moment.

If you’re having trouble with the current version, please let us know through the Help Section of the app in Settings > Help and Feedback > Contact Support

    All the best

PS: Please use the Help Section of the app for any questions, we are not able to see replies to this address.

  3. ensure compatibility with Android accessibility features like TalkBack. Specifically, scrolling and editing

when swiping through a list of messages, I should be scrolled to the next page of the list when I reach the end. currently I get taken to the compose button. I also don't get the audio feedback of where I am in the list when scrolling with two fingers. When editing a message, some of the text editing and cursor controls don't work properly. This makes proofreading tough. if these issues happen, I'm sure there are other little ones I have not yet found. Make sure that an app is fully accessible. don't leave it as an afterthought.

  7. make it easier to sync outlook desktop app to outlook webmail

I purchased 2016 office suite...which includes outlook 2016 app. Although I linked my outlook web mail to the 2016 outlook desktop app, I don't always receive incoming e mails to my desktop app.

    Hey, Everyone!

Thank you all for your feedback! It is currently possible to turn the Focused feature on and off as well as adjust what is displayed in each inbox.

To disable your focused inbox go to your app settings> scroll down to Focused Inbox and tap on the toggle switch to turn it off. If you choose to re-enable this feature you will simply use these same steps.

To move items from focused inbox to the other and vice versa simply tap and hold on the email listed > Tap on the 3 vertical dots on the top right corner of the screen > choose the appropriate action depending on which inbox you are currently working with> you will then receive a pop up asking you to move only this message or this message and all future messages> choose your preferred action then tap move.

    Hey!

You can now have your important folders listed at the top of your folder tree by marking them as favorites in the app.

To do so tap on the 3 horizontal lines on the top left of the app screen> choose the email account you want to work with> tap on the pencil icon next to the word folders at the top of your side bar> scroll through your list of folders and tap on the star icon on the left hand side of each folder you would like marked as a favorite then simply tap on the check mark on the top right corner when done.

Having trouble finding the feature? Let us know through the Help section of the app. You may reach them by going to the app’s Setting > Help and Feedback > Contact Support.

Thank you again for your support, we look forward to…

    Hey!

Thank you all for your patience and feedback with this feature. It is now possible to quickly delete items from your drafts folder.

To do so you can tap and hold on the draft you want to remove> once the check mark pops up on the left side tap on the trash icon> Note it will ask you to permanently delete the draft so it will not be moved to your trash bin.

You can also empty the entire draft folder by holding down on any item on the list> once the check mark pops up tap on the 3 vertical dots on the top right of the screen> Tap select all > Tap on the trash icon.

Having trouble with these features? Let our in app support team know by going to settings> help & feedback > contact support. We are here to help!
