  1. A Do Not Disturb feature for "after hours"

    A Do Not Disturb feature for "after hours" would be great. if you could allow custom times, e.g. 8pm - 6am, that would be even better.

    Hi there,

    You can now temporarily turn off your email notifications using the new Do not Disturb feature of the app. To do so simply tap on the 3 horizontal lines on the top left corner> Next tap on the bell icon next to the email address displayed or go to the “All Accounts” tab to set up do not disturb for all accounts connected to the app > Next choose the timed or scheduled option that best suits your needs.

  2. Do not disturb when off work (inverse of the current, when at work)

    I want to not be disturbed when off work, i.e at home. Weekends are currently possible, but I want evenings as well. Just like the inverse of 'at work' do not disturb.
    The reason being: I don't carry my laptop to every meeting, but would like notifications when I get an email or have an upcoming meeting

  3. do not disturb

    Hi there, do not disturb should be available by customizing the time and day for any selection. like an alarm clock. So I can choose weekdays after 5 pm to next day 8 am. thanks

  5. sign out of all devices button

    Sign out of all devices. I had unusual activity on my account and had to change my password but I'm worried a hacker may still be logged in and I want to kick out all log ins and confirm only specific devices using my 2 factor authentication.

    you may say this is complete but Gmail is a lot faster as is the Google calendar.

  10. stop changing things round and stop keep changing the icons so that they look like every other icon. all you're doing is confusing people

    It's difficult enough to find things on the mobile version of outlook without you making it more difficult. Stop changing stuff just for the sake of changing it.

  11. Please declutter the product

    You have too many features, most customers don't need those. Keep it easy to use like Gmail, not feature heavy. It's a pain to operate your app, and a simple comparison with Google for business will show you the lack of ease and intuitive UI/UX in your product. Please don't take your goal as no. of feature releases per quarter, that's exactly what's making the app clunky. Focus on simplifying instead.

  14. add a setting to disable auto update and manage/disable notifications

    there is no possibility to disable auto sync of your account, I want to have such option so that I can controll when to update (sync) my emails and meetings

    It is currently already possible to set an out of office message in the app for Exchange and Office 365 account.

    To setup out of the office replies, tap settings > tap your Office365 or Exchange account > tap Automatic Replies > toggle the switch on. 

    You can choose:

    1.) Reply to everyone

    2.) Reply only to my organization

    You can also set up a different messages for your organization and external senders.

    Tap done once you have set up your automatic reply.

  18. improve stability. on average, the app stops working every month or so and takes me a few days to get sorted.

    on average, once a month, it will stop working. I will still receive notifications but the app will no longer sync with my outlook account - can't read new emails, can't see any new meetings, etc. it normally takes a few days to sort out where to have to clear cache, delete data and uninstall. once I uninstall or clear data, it then won't let me set up my account. after a few days, it will suddenly start working again.
