Add viewing contacts to Outlook
Having to sync contacts from various accounts to Android phone contacts is clumsy, adds unnecessary friction to the UI/UX and exposes MY data to Google. I trust Microsoft with my data. I do not trust Google. You chose to abandon mobile. Please don't abandon our data security as well.

Contact lost without possible recovery
A contact i use frequently on my phone suddently dissapeared, I could not recover through support help despite it got lost less than 1 week.
With the support help I managed to recover over 450 deleted contacts,but the one lost last week did not appear. I lost important information like phone numbers and notes.Please provide a way to ensure that data is not lost.

Not syncing all mail id
I have setup office mail id.. And using pc outlook for same.. On PC it does search the email id my intial key letters.. However on outlook mobile it doesnt search the all email id.. I have to manually search the same

Favorite contacts lost
I've made a lot tests on this issue and found that favorite contacts will lost after re-sync Outlook contacts to android devices after disconnect the Exchange server. It will reproduced after you uninstall Outlook app and reinstall it. Please solve this issue.

It is currently already possible to turn on/off the Focused Inbox, to do so go to settings then tap the toggle switch to turn on/off the Focused Inbox option.

restore search in Contacts
the new search feature is not as good as searching within contacts. For example, I have 2 married friends who share an email address, but who have different cell phones. If I search on the wife's name, and select the result, Outlook gives the contact details of the husband, including his cellphone number. To find her number I have to start the search with "Mrs". The old search within contacts returned her contact details if I entered her name, not her husband's.

Add back contact list access.
Within the app it is no longer possible to access the contact list. Now I have to use a separate app to access my contact list.

add a contact with syncing to phone
when I try to add a contact to outlook on my phone it asks fle permission to access contacts. it also says it wants to sync. I just want to add the contact to outlook and o365 and not the phone and certainly don't want to sync all my contacts to the phone
