  2. Open Microsoft Teams when I want to send text to an outlook contact

When I click in the name icon (circle with name initials) I can select 'send message' action. When I do this, Skype for business is opening even though I have Microsoft Teams. We should have it opening Microsoft Teams

  5. Contact list should behave like win 10 menu

When displaying the full list of contacts you should be able to click on any letter heading to display the whole alphabet, like the Win 10 menu This would allow for quicker navigation when using one hand.

  11. Improve contacts functionality in Outlook Andoid app.

    1. I like having a contacts shortcut on my Android home screen; I don't like having to open Outlook, select the search tab and then tap the contacts accordion just to see a list of contacts.

    2. The Outlook app does not show contact pictures from my Office365 account; it only shows pictures from the company directory.

    3. The Outlook app cannot create shortcuts to particular contacts on my Android home screen.

    4. I can't edit contacts in the Outlook app without first saying OK to syncing with Android contacts. If I do this, then I wind up with hundreds of sync conflicts showing…

  13. Allow app users that are Exchange customers to add contacts from the app. I want the Scan business card enabled too.

Exchange customers need to be able to add contacts from the app. including the new Scan Card feature.

  16. Allow us to sync other contacts folders and sub-folders from Outlook/Exchange, not just the default folder named "Contacts"

I use Outlook on PCs with my data stored on Exchange as part of Office 365 Business Premium. In Outlook on my PCs, I have multiple contact folders such as Vendors, Customers, Friends, Family, etc. I have hundreds and thousands of contacts in each of those folders, so I like to keep those contacts separated into different folders to make them more manageable. Outlook on Android only syncs contacts with the default Outlook folder called “Contacts.” However, that is only a small percentage of all of my contacts in Exchange. I need my Android device to sync with all of…

  20. Show reporting manager feature in Android. it is a bit sad that why iPhone have such feature and Android does not have, both should be same

iPhone have this feature same like desktop app, when you click the person email, their reporting manager will be showed in the app, where else Android have no such feature and majority of the user over the world is an Android vs iPhone user, both app should feature the same functionality in my humble opinion.
