    Hey There!

    We recently added the ability to have a badge count of all your unread conversations right on the app icon. To enable/disable this feature please go to the app settings> scroll down to badge count> from here you can choose to show a badge count for all emails, focused only, or turn it off completely.

    This feature is currently available for Samsung, Sony, and LG devices as well as for users running the Microsoft Launcher on their Android device.

  2. have a select button so you can delete multiple emails at once

    I would like to be able to delete multiple emails at the same time. I do not like the idea of having to open every email to delete it. many of the emails or spam or junk and I do not wish to open them. I prefer just to be able 2 delete them at one time.

    It is currently already possible to perform bulk action in the app. To do this, long press on an email until a checkmark appears at the left of it. Once you’ve selected multiple emails, you’ll then be able to perform the following actions: deleting, marking as read, archiving. A “Select All” option will also appear in the top right corner.

  3. enable notifications from emails in subfolder in inbox

    I have set an rule for directing emails with specific subject to subfolder in email to filter them form other cluster. However, I don't get notifications for emails which go directly into these subfolder. I have missed a couple of important emails due to lack of notifications. so adding/enabling notifications will help keep track of incoming mails.

  11. Do not disturb settings for each account

    I use the outlook app for my work account. I don't want to see incoming emails or notifications off them outside office hours.

    A not disturb setting that stop syncing and notification will be apriciated.

    Hey everyone!

    Thank you all for your feedback and patience while we worked on this great feature.

    You can now temporarily turn off your email notifications using the new Do not Disturb feature of the app. To do so simply tap on the 3 horizontal lines on the top left corner> Next tap on the bell icon next to the email address displayed or go to the “All Accounts” tab to set up do not disturb for all accounts connected to the app > Next choose the timed or scheduled option that best suits your needs.

  12. Turn off focused setting option as default. I have missed time sensitive emails. Or get rid of it why do I need 2 inboxes.

    I should be able to see all my emails easily and clearly before having to change settings in the app.
    Having 2 inboxes(focused and other) by default just makes checking my mail more convoluted.
    This filter filtered out a pickup delivery notification for an item for which my pickup time had expired the time I had seen it, it has wasted my time and a delivery drivers time, for something that is an unnecessary feature and I'm amazed you need a feedback form to tell you it's unnecessary.

    It is currently already possible to set an out of office message in the app for Exchange and Office 365 account.

    To setup out of the office replies, tap settings > tap your Office365 or Exchange account > tap Automatic Replies > toggle the switch on. 

    You can choose:

    1.) Reply to everyone

    2.) Reply only to my organization

    You can also set up a different messages for your organization and external senders.

    Tap done once you have set up your automatic reply.

    This feature is already available in the latest Outlook for Android. Please tap on the e mail>Three dots on top>Select Move to a Folder>Tap on the + Icon on top right. You can create and name a new folder to move the desired e mails.
