  1. Stop putting my important emails in the spam and my spam in the important.

I find my important emails go into the spam and I get phishing scams in my focused inbox. It'd be even better to get the opportunity to mark phishing scams and report them through the app rather than having to do that on my PC.

  2. use device address books for addressing

Please allow Outlook to use android device address book(s) regardless of sending account. Don't need a sync, just use the addresses already there.

  7. flag up as suspicious any emails with a reply-to header that is to a different domain from the claimed sender.

this would catch a lot of common scam emails, especially as mobile outlook makes it really hard to see that you're replying to a "reply to" address, and hides the actual email address you are sending to.

  8. make it easy to convert a blocked email address into a blocked domain.

now you can block a single email address that goes onto a blocked email addresses list. There is a separate list for blocked domains, for which you have to enter a domain name manually.
It's time consuming (and annoying) to have to scroll through the long list of blocked email addresses and having to manually enter the recurring spam-domains in the other list. It's so much faster and effective, if you could check boxes next to certain blocked email addresses, and easily add their domains to the blocked domains list.
    - If you feel it's necessary you could exclude misused…

  9. have a visual color differentiation between account selection and mail folders in dark theme (exists in light theme: grey/white)

maybe shade the accounts in a lighter black or dark grey for better UX? Surprised that design is slightly different across theme options...

  12. remove or provide the option to remove random hyperlinks (blue highlighted and underlined text) added to any digits found in emails.

The app picks up on random sets of numbers found in emails and highlights them as blue hyperlinks, as if they are telephone numbers or something useful to be selected.

  15. Remove new dividers such as "Yesterday", "Last Week" etc. Redundant and wastes space

The dividers such as 'Yesterday', 'Last Week', 'Last Month' are unnecessary and waste valuable space on a phone-sized screen. Completely redundant; the date is right there next to the message. Please make this change optional or removable, for those of us who know how dates and times work.

  16. ***Provide a choice phone emails can delete yet remain on computer for 2nd follow up. IMPORTANT to 1st responders rely on communication.

Many people can delete phone emails after 1st read and others need to keep emails to address at more convenient time. Keep phone clean/open more short term important immediate incoming emergency/business mode.

  20. Please fix Rendering in Outlook for Android

Outlook for Android Displays Emails Poorly. I have been trying to like and use Outlook for a few years but I keep having to go back to the Gmail app. I tried again today and once again I have been disappointed with the way mose emails are rendered. It appears that Outlook uses "Desktop" rendering rather than Mobile. Many emails appear with font and image size displayed much too small to read and the messages occupy only the leftmost part of the screen. I compare with the same message using Gmail, Edison and Aqua email apps which render correctly: full…
