    Hi there,

Thank you for using Outlook Mobile and sharing your ideas with us. We really appreciate your support.

There are a few quick and easy way to delete emails from the Outlook app.

    1. Delete button in reading view.

Simply tap on the “trash” icon on the upper right corner of the screen to delete the email that’s currently open.

    2. Swipe to delete.

Swipe the email to the left. By default, this will archive the email. However, you can customize Swipe Options in the Settings and change the action to Delete.

    3. Bulk delete.

This is very useful when you want to delete multiple emails at once. To do this, long press on an email until a checkmark appears at the left of it. Once you’ve selected multiple emails, you’ll then be able to perform the following actions: deleting, marking as read, archiving. A “Select…

  3. Please make a way to delete 1000s of emails. If you have over 5000 from over the years and it frustrates me.

There needs to be a way we can clear everything out in a stroke or two. It wastes ur space and mine. I even emailed support to see if y'all could but was told you could not. That's ridiculous. I have atleast 5000 emails backed up that just need deleted. I if y'all have found a way to do it, please delete everything Dec 2017 back... Thank you

  10. Make swiping customizable

E.g. Swipe right to forward or to create a task.

  11. explain the bucket delivery to users.

If users set up an email account into which all email addresses they own forward messages to, it is very easy to set up all mail delivery on all ITequipment. If you do not use the account to send ,reply or forward it is also secure.
