Outlook for Android

Outlook for Android

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.

  2. get rid of the focused and other categories. They are sickening and only add to my frustration.

    I liked the old email phone app. Outlook just made things worse for me and I wish I could eliminate it all together.

  6. Get rid of the "Focused" and "Other" tabs.

    Those tabs are useless and annoying. Make them 2nd and 3rd options where, the 1st option should be a listing of all correspondence.

    Hey there!

    Thank you all for your patience, it is possible to set a signature for each of your email accounts in the Outlook app.

    To do so open the app and go to Settings> Scroll down and tap on the Signature option> Tap on the Per Account Signature toggle on the top right of the screen.

    You will now see each of your email accounts listed along with their current signature, Tap on each signature to customize as needed.

  8. Create a "Junk" Folder so when messages go to "Junk" I can find them on my phone even when the Spam Folder is empty.

    I didn't receive several email messages on my phone for days and asked the senders to resend. They weren't in Spam nor Trash, but when I checked on my Computer they were in the Junk Folder.

  10. make it so i can find how to add files that e mails go to automatically by setting up folders

    i can not add folders because instructions do not match up to what i see on screen in app. it used to be so simple to do this.

  16. stop focused inbox. Just stop it it sucks it is misleading and it leaves people in a position where they may miss an email. and it auto tur

    I can't copy and paste the above text, is that intentional?

    as I was saying your focused inbox algorithm is not worthy and should be removed immediately.

    and it autoturns on every time

    being forced again and again and again and again every week or whatever as you update... It's maddening. And makes me distrust this product at showing me all my mail at once in my inbox. Clean filter by default.
