    Hi Outlook users,

    We’re excited to announce that the Outlook on Android application now supports shared calendars for Office365 and Outlook.com users!

    If you already have a shared calendar, you’ll need to upgrade it so that it syncs to your mobile phone. It’s simple to do though: just ask the calendar owner to re-share the calendar to you, and then click the Accept button in the Outlook app. After accepting, you’ll be able to see the shared calendar on your mobile phone!

    This feature is only available if both the calendar owner & the sharing recipient are hosted in Office365 or Outlook.com. And if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to the in-app support team by going to Settings > Help & Feedback> Contact Support and we’d be happy to help!

  7. Ability to add shared calendars to calendar list. Office 365

    Office 365 Exchange Enterprise customers needs ability to access shared calendars, room and resource calendars etc.

  10. Enable option to change Calendars of appointments

    Assume I've created an appointment for my default calendar. After it has been created, I realise that I wanted to post it on my family calendar.
    The appointment edit function should allow me to change Calendars.

    systematic error in calender/ invitations ... please review and correct: invitations are always send using the ?internal? address (outlook_0f3b...@outlook.com). there seems to be no way to change this (even if one changes the default sender-address in the email part the sender-address for/ of invitations remains outlook_0f3b...@outlook.com). replies from the invitees (accept/ decline/ tentative) do never reach the inviting person because they are directed to the above mentioned ?internal? address. best case invitees receive an 'unknown recipient' message. btw: the iOS-app behaves likewise faulty. thx in advance

  15. fix integration of internet calendars, which were added in O365, as my all-day events show 1 day too early in Android

    Internet calendar, gmail in my case, which is hosting my birthday calendar with lots of full day events, is showing calendars 1 day too early. Outlook Desktop and Outlook365 show them correctly.

  18. Flag Emails without Opening

    Currently to flag an email you have to open each and every one. There needs to be a drop down or something that allows you to reply, delete, flag, assign a task, etc.

    It is currently already possible to perform an action without opening the email. To do so, long press on an email until a checkmark appears at the left of it. You’ll then be able to select and flag the email. This is very useful if you want to perform bulk actions like moving, deleting, flagging, marking as read/unread, archiving… A “Select All” option will also appear in the top right corner.

If your email account supports creating events, you will be given the option to create them from your Outlook calendar on iOS/Android. If you are unsure whether or not your account supports recurring events on mobile platforms please contact your email provider or our in app support team.
