I saw the note about a slider for it back in February, that is not an option on the Google Pixel 2.

Internet calendar, gmail in my case, which is hosting my birthday calendar with lots of full day events, is showing calendars 1 day too early. Outlook Desktop and Outlook365 show them correctly.

  5. Flag Emails without Opening

Currently to flag an email you have to open each and every one. There needs to be a drop down or something that allows you to reply, delete, flag, assign a task, etc.

    Hi there,

Thank you for using Outlook Mobile and sharing your ideas with us. We really appreciate your support.

It is currently already possible to perform an action without opening the email. To do so, long press on an email until a checkmark appears at the left of it. You’ll then be able to select and flag the email. This is very useful if you want to perform bulk actions like moving, deleting, flagging, marking as read/unread, archiving… A “Select All” option will also appear in the top right corner.

    Hi Outlook users,

We’re excited to announce that the Outlook on Android application now supports shared calendars for Office365 and Outlook.com users!

If you already have a shared calendar, you’ll need to upgrade it so that it syncs to your mobile phone. It’s simple to do though: just ask the calendar owner to re-share the calendar to you, and then click the Accept button in the Outlook app. After accepting, you’ll be able to see the shared calendar on your mobile phone!

This feature is only available if both the calendar owner & the sharing recipient are hosted in Office365 or Outlook.com. And if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to the in-app support team by going to Settings > Help & Feedback> Contact Support and we’d be happy to help!

With Microsoft To-Do’s mobile apps you can keep track of your O365 tasks even when you’re on the go. You can also create shared lists and Flagged email as tasks in To-Do to manage everything from group projects to your inbox. Download To-Do on Android to manage your Outlook tasks on mobile.

Have an idea for how we can improve the integration between To-Do and Outlook mobile? Then we want to hear it! Upvote suggestions and share feedback on the To-Do UserVoice page.

  18. Fix phone number parsing in location to dial in for meetings

When the phone number in direct dial from Calendar includes a dial in code and pauses, it does not get picked up by the the parser.

For example, when the dial in looks like:

    1-877-885-1087,,1234567890#

which is common for my company's meetings, only a portion of the number is underlined and clicking it results in an incomplete dial in code.

another common form for us is:

    1-877-885-1087,,,1234567890#,,*1234#

generally the number of commas may be arbitrary.

the current phone number parser seems to only be able to pick up numbers of a certain length.

as the feature is implemented now, it…
