Notification for new mails in folders and subfolders other than inbox as well as easier switching into folders.

Emails that are sorted into folders by rules set on the Outlook desktop client, do not trigger push notifications. This is also a problem on the desktop client, however, there I can create a catch all rule that makes every email have a desktop notification regardless of the folder it ends up in. There is no such workaround on the Outlook app for Android. There needs to be a way to enable notifications for these subfolders. without this, the Outlook for Android app is is an anti-productivity app. The lack of this feature causes me to miss important emails when I'm on the go. Please fix!!!
There are many sub-folders under the main INBOX folder as part of Rule creation. However the notification occur only if the email is received in the main Inbox folder. No notification alert is received if any email is received in the sub-folders created due to Rules. There should be feature which would allow users to select the sub-folders for which the users require notification alerts.

I hv filtered mails to land in different folders inside inbox ..I want only these folders to sync on my mobile app
Currently, the Outlook app only provides notification for the inbox folder only. As I organized email I receive using rules I noticed that there are no notification for emails received in different folders than "inbox". those e-mails are still important for me and I need push notifications on my phone AND laptop
Thanks John for your quick response
I mean by inquire that there is no auto receiving for the sub folder under my main inbox thats mean that I created sub folders under my main inbox and I created a rules to move the CC emails for example to specific folder.
I mean at the end I must to open the sub folder to show how many emails I reciverd ( there is no auto sync for the subfolders under the Inbox folder)
Wish u get my point

When I have filters set to distribute email to specific subfolders at the server level, I'm not getting notified of new email even though I have "All mail" selected in email notifications. It's absolutely ridiculous that this is even an issue.

I have sorting rules on all of my important email. Outlook mobile app does not give notifications to the phone when new email is received in one of these folders. Instead it only gives notifications for email in the inbox folder. However, email in the inbox is almost always spam.

Like if any email is getting moved a folder below inbox, we should get a alert for this

Why is this still an issue, this makes inbox organization a huge problem, as I'll not get any notifications for my folders :(
Please add this as soon as possible...

I have create folders and I use rules for certain incoming emails to auto forward in specific folders. I want to have notifications for the emails. Now I have notifications only for inbox folder
I don't know how this is still an issue. It's been happening since I started using Outlook on Android in 2017. I use several rules to move messages to other subfolders in my inbox but leave the messages unread. However, I do NOT get a push notification for these messages on my android phone. This is forcing me to just manually move hundreds of messages a week manually since I can't reliably get notifications. The only other option is to check the outlook app every few minutes and hope I don't forget to check it and miss an important message.

I have tons of folders and rules. On my phone though, I only get new mail notifications on inbox mail. So I miss email sometimes. At least maybe put an "unread e-mail" folder like the Desktop Outlook so I can get all the new email in one place regardless of in which folder it actually resides.

I have already set up Rules on Exchange to move mails into the right folders. Focused Inbox's machine learning can only examine the actions that I make, not the intentions behind the decisions that lead to the actions. This can lead to "mislearning", which then wastes a lot of time in retraining the algorithm. So I would prefer not to use Focused Inbox for work mails, however I also want to customise notifications on a folder by folder basis (e.g. I don't want a notification for "FYI" mails). Therefore I would appreciate more granularity in setting notifications for specific folders under the inbox. Many thanks in advance!
I use email rules in order to file particular emails into subfolders i created under inbox. however by doing this I dont get any notifications for these emails and I have to manually sync the folders to check
For example, on owa site of my company ,i created a rule to automatically move all the emails from a certain person to a folder created by me. But the notification arrive only with app of third parties, and no for Outlook app.

A search folder for unread messages. Emails that are moved by a rule are not signaled. This is also possible with the PC app
My outlook is set up based on Rules. emails from certain clients go to their folder snd email for individual coworkers go in their respective folders. However the notification for new mail ans badgecount for new mails only show for the main inbox , not for the other folders. when we are out of the office there are times we miss important emails as they come in on time but We are not notified and we have to go into outlook and into that email box and open to sub folder to see if we have somethingor not. hope that helps.
