add option to save information found when searching the people directory to phone contacts
when I touch the 'people' tab and type someone's name in the search box there is an option to search my company directory. Once I find who I'm looking for there should be an option to save that person to my phone contacts list

Outlook is doing a much better job of managing other contact managers like Google contacts, but the search functionality is weak for these records. it seems to search only the name field. either an option should exist to search other fields or when an initial search returns a nul set it should automatically search again using all available text field.
