the Refresh does not work very well and hasn't for a while
even clicking refresh or pulling down for refresh doesn't actually load emails that are not being displayed but are in the folders. The only way I can get refresh to work is to uninstall the outlook app then reinstall it. This is the case on all of my devices it is not specific to one device
