Synchronize contacts groups from exchange accounts
Allow users to send email to groups (contacts) which can be created in outlook/exchange. That is not only synchronize contacts, but the groups also

and if you could also sync the Android stared users to an exchange group {HTC work around this by using data in the notes] then this will be a step above the Android in built application.

You support groups in Gmail but not for your own product. the in build Android app is able to do this but not yours, and when you have 1000's of contacts this is essential.
