you used to be able to set as many reminders about upcoming calendar events as you want but now you can only set one. I often have to change my day around for appointments and it was helpful to be able to set 1 reminder for 1 week before and another for the day before.

For all the calendar schedules define either if you want just a single sound notification or a notification until you dismiss it.

Outlook mobile does not honor server side calendar reminders. It defaults and overrides them by forcing the user to set a default. This should be changed to honor the server side settings like the Outlook desktop client.

One such relevant feature is being able to have the possibility of multiple appointment reminders. An Android email and calendar client does this very well, allowing you to choose from a wide list of options (among them: 5, 10, 15, 30, 60, 90 minutes, 2, 3, 8, 12, 24 hours, 2 days, 1 week) up to 6 reminders for each appointment. It is very useful to not miss or remember at the last minute activities that require preparation, setup or the like.

Alarm dose not stop even after I checked it. This is very irritating. It temporarily stops but it appears again in a minute.

If I have multiple calendar reminders on my Android phone over a short period, and then open one to review it, all the other reminders disappear.

please allows to set up freely notifications for an event. I should be able to set up how many notifications I need (a day before + today (at the time I want NOT ONLY at 9 am as suggested now) + and more options)

Allow more than just one alarm for a single event. It is more useful to set more than just one. I could want to set one alarm 3 days before and maybe one more 3 hours before. Now it is impossible to set just more than one alarm. Look at Google calendar: it allows

Please provide persistent/nagging reminders for calendar events.
Sometimes when we are engrossed in something or are in noisy environments, we do not notice popup or single sound .
A nagging/persistent reminder that keeps sounding until dismissed or snoozed will be a great help.
I miss this in Outlook. -

I create people in the Outlook "people" web module and I add the birthday field. The people that I add birthdays to are automatically populated by the sysyem into a "Birthdays calendar".
I can select the "Birthday calendar" to be viewed within Outlook mobile (or the web Outlook), the birthdays will appear as "all day" calendar events and I get notifications of each birthday the day before. I would like to change the notifications to the day of, is that possible?

It is strange this is not an option, whereas every leading calendar app, including Google Calendar, provides this simple option, instead of assuming every user wants to be notified at 9AM. It would truly be a great help for this feature to be implemented.

Would be convenient to set multiple reminders for the same calendar appointment. For example a reminder to go to a dental appointment I'd like a reminder a day before then say an hour before.

when making an appointment, need an option to be able to 'Add Another Alert' so can have more than one alert for an appointment.

Allow to create more than one alert/notification for the same event. Google calendar has that and it's been an incredibly useful feature there.
