Its impossible at the moment to find events back as the helpdesk mentioned.
They suggested me for a new function.

MS is so on top of their game... I find it hard to believe they had to have people vote on this. I am betting that most folks who find out search is lacking for the calendar don't even bother to install: they just use Google or any other calendar.
(Customer surveys: 9 out of 10 customers do not complain. They just do not return).

Whenever I use the search function in the Outlook app (Android) , only email items come up in the search results and nothing from the calendars synced to Outlook. Finding calendar items through search function would be helpful

When searching for my Calendar events, Outlook Calendar doesn't show me events further ahead. I haven't explored how many years ahead. It seems that it will show this year and next year though....

currently it's possible to search within Outlook for name's, emails.
however it's still not possible to search for any calender entry.
I asked several times for this possibility. thanks in advance. -

The search would be good if all search results of the folders Mail, Calendar, Contacts etc. were clearly displayed.
Insert all the nice functions which users have in google calandar. These are searching, duplicate, copy to.

Search Event Title and Body for specific words, like Bob Johnson or Company Name or Company Location, City, Specific Word. This alliws you to search through all the events in the past, present, and future for a specific thing.
