There is no button to access in your email that allows you to change basic details on your account. Ex. Photos, phone numbers etc.

Onc3 added, there ist no option top change the settings from an e-mail address. Like Change then ports, change the password, change the security standard or whatever.

Users with multiple accounts would benefit from being able to choose an image and a colour for each account in the sidebar - if you've got multiple accounts where the address is your name, using the initials for the account icon in the list is hardly useful.

You need to understand the world doesn't revolve around Outlook/Exchange and gmail. there are still many, many of us that use IMAP host emails. These type of account need to become first-class features. Full setup and edit is required.

In the process of removing an account, on Android, going into the menu, the settings cog button is under the overlay asking "Please sign in to email@example.com" so I can't get to settings to remove the account. if I rotate phone I can see it briefly before it's overplayed again. I need to get to the settings cog icon.

Currently there is no way to change email account settings, to say, use a different incoming or outgoing server. Only option is to delete account then add it again. We should have the ability to make those changes without deleting the account.
I no longer have access to an email account. The notification of login credentials is covering the settings button and is inaccessible.

Recent email account added, added. Unable to check server settings. Unable to edit. Only reset. Reset won't fix troubleshooting. Manual check will. I've been using hotmail services since 99'. Now I'm an IT and require check tools so my clients can have full support.
Could you please allow editing of settings after an account is created without havingbyo delete the account and start over again?
Outlook app on Android no longer have an option to change password, port settings, imap server name unless you delete the account and set it up from scratch. This is really super weird. WHY did MS take away this feature previously available? It renders admin and account changes a freakin' nightmare. Revert ASAP!!!!
Provide setting option to modify active accounts
The thing is that one is forced to provide login and password for SMTP server when manually setting IMAP account and some mail servers do not require this authentication (they use SMTP after IMAP method of authenticiation) and even block sending e-mails when client tries to authenticate this way.

I like my phone the way I have set it. Why should I have to renegotiate it every time you deem an update to be better? I SHOULD have the option of change.
Why for a well established email client to be so partially developed on IMAP settings to work on the biggest selling platform (Android) for electronic device that it competes in? Can't access the Contacts details of the email server then can't even allow the user to edit the suggested People details from history of use when the associations are wrong.
This is an important feature. Usability suffers without this simply showing the user how it is configured.
IMAP do not work on my new Handy S10e ( only pop3 ).
The provider is web.de and he offers normaly IMAP for Outlook
Thank's a lot,
