    Would like a delete function in a way that I am asked to confirm whether I want to delete a mail?

    Come on, this was requested in 2015 and is very easy to implement. Why does it take so long ?

    I agree with Christopher Dent. However, the undo splash doesn't stay displayed long enough.

    many options that are available with desktop outlook are missing here. This is one them. I go with outlook because I use desktop outlook. it is amazing how "thin" this client is. it has almost no options. the few that are here are never seen before things like "focused". do the basics first that are in desktop and OWA. Thank you.

    No, thank you. It would add an unnecessary step. If you accidentally delete an email it can always be retrieved and moved back to the "in" folder.

    I've had a variety of times where I've selected a couple emails in my inbox, and then tried to open the "..." menu, but accidentally hit the "delete" button beside it. And if I'm not quick enough to notice, the "Undo" option at the bottom will disappear before I have a chance to hit it, meaning I have to take extra time to restore the emails before attempting my action again. It's really bothersome.

    Sending emails accidently can be very embarrassing. In addition, it is unprofessional. So this is an essential feature...!
