Search folder names when moving emails
When moving an email to a folder, I'd like to be able to start typing the folder name and then the folder appears. Useful if you have lots of folders.

I can't see the folder name when it's a subfolder of another subfolder.

When moving a message from the In Box, you select the message or messages, choose move, put a checkmark next to the folder and hit OK. When moving a message while viewing it, choose move, select the folder, and that's it. Why the extra steps when moving from the In Box view? Why the inconsistency?

when you move an email to another folder, it would be helpful to have frequently used folders at the top of the list.

It would be a lot easier than having to scroll down to find the folder you want to move an email to.

it is a bit frustrating having this feature in the iOS outlook version if the app but not in the android version. perhaps these two development teams should communicate more effectively in order to have player across platforms and provide a better used experience. not to mention that plenty of other mail apps have this basic feature such as blue mail, typeapp, to name a few. please add this simple feature,

When moving an email from inbox to another folder (or between any two folders) it would be good to have the ability to type in the folder name instead of having to scroll through the list of folders. I have 200+ email folders so scrolling through the list isn't efficient or practical.

typeapp has this feature and it is really useful. very easy to filter to the right folder when moving a message. no need for the endless scrolling to find the right folder. It would also be a great feature add for Outlook on the PC as well.

I use multiple folders(per project,>50) and machine learning classifier in outlook, would be great when moving messages in the app to be able to search in the folder list and/or have a recent/frequent folders . or better yet have a machine learning classifier ( probably asking too much) :)

When swiping to move a message, slow the user to type and list matching folders, allowing the user to then select the folder for filling.
The search Would work best for me if it matched: exactly, then "starts with", then "contains", "words starting with" and finally "any of those letters" ... up to a limited result set.
eg: searching for "it", gives:
- IT
- Italy
- Facilities
- Internal Training
- BertieThe results (even before typing) should show favourite folders at the top.

in iOS you can search for a folder name to file/move a message. in Android you have to scroll to find the folder, it would be great to be able to search as well in Android. I found this feature to be very helpful instead of scrolling.

On the IOS version you can search for folders by typing and the folders are auto filtered below as you type. This was a great time saver for me as I have several folders and it take a long time to swipe down to the right one to move an email to. I ask that that same functionality be brought to this Android app. Now that I'm exclusively using Android, this would be very helpful. Thanks and I appreciate all you do!

having the ability to move emails into folders by searching for the folders would be a great time saver for users with extensive folders lists. this is already in effect on the ios version of the app.

This is a great feature and other devices like blackberry have it. In addition, and as next step of development, you would want outlook to predict in which folder that email should be move and highlight that folder. Again this is available on blackberry and makes filing emails seamless. I'd love to have these features on outlook! (ideally also on outlook on desktop PC version)

filing an email in a folder is too complicated (too many click - should be reduces to maximum 2 click). Also should have a folder search while filing a folder. Finally,folders should be easier to navigate through.
