5 Years and still no progress!!! Repeat and total endorsement of the previous comment of 9/1/20: Hi. I have been working with you technical support division and is very disappointing that the synchronisation of all the Outlook components o Pop accounts is not possible in Office 365. It is certainly promoted as being possible. There is no mention of the need for An Exchange account or similar. It was this synchronisation feature which I was really looking for due to my frustration of synchronisation between Outlook on my laptops and Android platforms..
My frustration continues as does my disappointment!
One would have thought that synchronisation to Android platforms would have been a critical part of the development of 365 to start, with your customers not having to rely on inadequate third-party apps.
The lack of synchronisation also goes to my other laptop operating on Windows 10 which is also frustrating and very disappointing.
The whole idea of 365 is to be integrated seamlessly between devices and in fact it is not.
If you do have any suggestions as to how I can best arrange the full synchronisation of all the Outlook components between the laptops and Android I would be most grateful.
Better still would be to develop such synchronisation as part of 365 without having to use other apps and work arounds . -

When you add a reminder on Outlook on desktop, it must be synced with the mobile Outlook app with the bell icon, not just a red flag.

It is not possible to use the email effective when it is impossible to double-click the title and come into a new window with the possibility to read the email and use page up and page down arrows! Also very bad is the reply-possibility as of now when it is not possible to see the email you are supposed to answer. I am so disappointed.

My phone and desktop are linked, so why not allow my S8 to import the Outlook info on my PC?

I keep losing data and contact information from outlook. MSFT has been reviewing the issue since 2015. I don't think they will ever address this. Moving to Google for calendar and contacts.

so you can see all the mail at both website and the app, and when you remove that it removes on both sides so you don't need to remove them double maybe this is already fixed

The app and desktop mailboxes are not synced. The emails that I delete from the app (or have read) still show in the desktop.

Whenever I get an email, I check it using my Samsung Note 9. Every time I swipe to the right to delete an email, or if I click the trash can button to delete the email, or even if I open/read an email, it never saves or uploads my actions. The emails still show up (as unread) when I log into my email on my desktop. I would be very grateful if I could be able to open my email app and instantly delete or read an email and then close the app right after while having my action saved. I see what most of my emails are about within 2-8 seconds so I go through them very quickly and would appreciate if the app can keep up at all.
