advanced anti spam
make it easier for people to decide what is considered spam. say I get something from Jo bob about a year supply of gold stickers. since this is spam. use a check box to declare it as spam. then instead of going to a spam folder it gets automatically deleted and blocked until the user unchecks it. this way it gets rid of the spam folder. plus an option to receive emails from only people in your contacts would be nice. in other words put the user in control.
also, for spam say there is enough submissions from a specific root directory. then you guys slap a ban on it. so no one else gets bothered by it.
solution:
spam gets deleted forever, increases security and puts the user in full control.

Getting a lot of emails that have bogus Domains, these all shouldn't even get through. Only emails that are in a person's address book should be allowed.

Apps like Norton, Eset, etc... should be able to filter out the ten million ads and revognize phishing emails.

Why do I constantly get loads & loads of spam emails every day?
I never get spam from my Gmail account, only through Hotmail. I've already started to only use my Gmail address for new contacts, as soon as I no longer need Hotmail I will delete it altogether. -

It's tiresome to have to keep checking my Spam folder to find emails from sender's that I have transferred to my inbox many times. If I transfer it to my inbox,you obviously I don't consider the sender to be a spammer It's like the system is set up to do it to be spiteful. Cut it out.

I get 3-4 spam messages a day, seemingly from filling out a single form, since they all spell my name wrong. If I could flag all emails with this typo and redirect them to Junk then it would save me from having to make a new email address.

Be able to flag emails as spam so and have the app learn to recognize what emails are spam so I stop getting a million emails about male enhancement and credit scores.

im sick of receiving at least 20 emails a day which started in the last month that tell me ive won something or coax me into opening the email so they can fill my device with viruses so i believe there should be an optional feature that deletes messages automatically that may contain viruses, even adding a "trash can" feature that allows you to view emails for 30 days before they are deleted just in case they are important.

Add the ability to send a phony bounce email from the SPAM folder in the apps and online. I know it would only help in the cases a real email address was used to send or reply to but I HATE SPAM!
