Empty Junk Folder
I need to empty my super crowded junk folder from my pc because from the phone I can only do it one message at a time and it takes forever. Please the empty folder option. (+better filters for junk would be nice too)

One button to highlight all messages for deletion instead of having to highlight them all in the junk folder.

New contacts somehow are always in my junk folder. Why?
When I delete junk folder entries, please don't add them to the trash folder. Ok? -

Add the empty junk folder option. I have to empty it one by one! Plus even with your "filters" this is the account with the most junk mail I have ever had. I have gmail and yahoo and I don't get half the junk I get with MSN.Upgrade your filters please.

like most people are saying ...why do we have to comment on absolutely everything that is wrong and needed with this email system? every other email system from Gmail Comcast to you name it, does not have a system built by 3rd graders. I find this whole thing very suspect! Microsoft- you already know what to do and how to include all the features we already had. You are doing it as we speak with Microsoft Office and continuing continuing outlook.com with businesses and employees. I have Microsoft Office on my laptop with with the version of Outlookcom that we were all used to n it still exists and still the older version or original version of outlook.com and has everything people are requesting unless your goal is to get us all by microsoft office so we have to pay for a better or actually the original outlook.com email system. my tablet had to be wiped out and reinstalled with the apps and I argued with the Samsung person who put me on Outlook instead of outlook.com that this is not the right email format I had before. I finally found it and showed the Samsung person the difference. he totally agreed outlook.com was far superior. how can you just take away the system we were all using with all the features that are no brainers ***** up our contacts and the entire way we use email without our permission first! why not give us the choice? why not do a test to see if people like it? what could possibly be the rationale to force this down our throats without doing any market research first. I am quite sure nobody at Microsoft uses this so why do we have to? why can't you give us options and check with all the millions of Microsoft users before deciding to invade our phones with your dictatorship. how did anything like this even happen? obviously it does not benefit one user, somehow it must benefit Microsoft with no regard to your customers. before you can correct this insane email system, you've already lost millions of users who will go elsewhere like Gmail. there's gotta be some insane and money greedy reason you'd be doing this. I believe you doing this to get us all to buy microsoft office to get the outlook.com email which still exist with Windows Office

Even add the box to click next to the email like the old one, and make it faster to get to the junk mail folder

when you delete in JUNK ....DON'T see it to TRASH to have to be deleted again.....or vise versa !

It's ridiculous the new app doesn't allow fast way to empty junk folder. I used to send any new subscriptions/contacts into inbox, then delete remainder of junk mail to stay organised. Please fix.

I don't necessarily care about emptying my junk file, as long as it doesn't slow down my processing .
