This is the ONE reason I don't use Outlook 9n Android. I want to see all of my calendars in one widget.

it's bewildering that in 2020 this still hasn't been sorted out. Every other calendar on my device is capable of syncing up so that my third party calendar widgets display it. but my outlook calendar can only be displayed by the outlook widget. the outlook widget is ok enough if you like that kind of thing but many of us rely on third party calendar widget and their aesthetic and functionality.

Please enable the option to sync calendar appointments to the device in the same manner that contacts can be synced to the device.

Further to below, the likely cause is that this is missing from your app design, or there is an issue with the syntax:

I have checked and the same issue occurs using both my Samsung Note 10, Samsung Note 8, my wife's Samsung Galaxy S10, and her OnePlus 7.

@Microsoft Outlook @Admin - this is a genuine request. Outlook cannot be the default calendar app in Android currently (certainly true for Samsung devices).

We're also moving to O365 with conditional acess. Outlook supports this but we want to be able to use the native calendar. It gives on Samsung devices (and perhaps others as well) much better notifications and the possiblity to display the calendar on the Always on Display. I find it strange that we have to buy for each user a third party app to have this basic feature.

I want Outlook to be the default app for calender files icals, either as attachments or downloads from the web. Now the calender files will be added in the phones calender and that is not synchronized with exchange

This is so badly needed. Major blocker to us locking down our users to use Outlook app only for office 365 using conditional access in Intune
