Outlook for Android

Regarding the app Connect. When I open it I am getting an ad that covers the whole screen and refuses to close. it pops up over and over.

The ad refuses to close no matter how many times you try to cancel it and I am unable to use the app. I have uninstalled the app but the problem is persisting when I download it again. I have checked my phone and I have checked to ensure that I have no malware or anything that can be causing it and my phone is clean also it only happens in the connect app. thanks please email me.
