move recipients between To Cc and Bc
move recipients ideally drag and drop between To Cc and Bc sections and the order they are in respective sections.

This idea was posted by Jul, 2015 the first time. Is there any intention to move this to production? Samsung Email, Samsung Focus, and also Gmail has this feature already integrated... giving a much better experience for users..... come on Microsoft folks!

To have the capability to drag and drop contacts already entered in a new, reply or forward email by just drag and drop.
