Need to be able to sync calendar and contacts with other android apps. Outlook.com app did this. Outlook app does not give this option. Need to use a second app to sync contacts and calendar.

Currently if you use the Outlook for Android app, the contacts that you have stored in Outlook.com do not go over to the Android dialer. If you want to call someone who is in your outlook contact list, you cannot automatically look it up by name in the dialer. Or if someone in your outlook contact list calls you, it does not show their name. Currently I am having to run a second app just to bring the contacts over to the dialer. I keep a lot of names and phone numbers in outlook and not being able to access them from the dialer is a major inconvenience.
