Allow turn off conversation view
conversation view should, and always used to be, an option
Thank you for using Outlook and giving us feedback on features we should add. We really appreciate your support.
Recently, you requested that we add a setting to turn off conversation view in Outlook. Today, we are excited to announce that is has now been released.
To get this feature, just upgrade to the latest version of the app. You’ll then find the switch in the settings.

All accounts option must be optional. I don't want to mix up my work and personal emails
Please add to the setting the ability to store emails and images on the external memory (SD Phone Card) so the Internal Phone memory is not used up and cause the App to fail. This has happened to me twice where I have had to delete to complete program to clear space and then reinstall the APP and then re-set up each of the email addresses, a time wasting and consuming exercise. This is my biggest gripe with this Microsoft Outlook APP.
The feature is called "Organize by Thread". Your victorious "COMPLETED" announcement incorrectly refers to this feature as "conversation view".
How infuriating it is that Outlook's own "solution" doesn't even call the feature by the correct name or tell the users how to &*%$ turn it off!!! I had to Google "how to turn off conversation view in Outlook android app" to learn that it isn't even called that. Spoils any and all goodwill you may have earned by fixing this issue.
I have the latest version 09/2020. Can't find settings. I'm using a tablet if that makes a difference.

most email systems let you select your preference--i hate the conversation grouping of messages!

I need to be able to read each message individually without it collapsing underneath/embedding underneath another message when replied to
allow an option to ungroup chain emails and see them individually like on a desktop. with long email chains, or group emails it is actually harder to follow along with them all grouped together on the app.

I suggested that we have a way to unchain emails. Reply was "switch off THREAD EMAILS". But with THREAD switched off, I still have no way to unchain New or old emails. So MS Outlook, you are Not really "done".

I like my emails in arrival order not as I can never find them now they get grouped by the person who sent them

I don't want all my emails grouped when they are a chain of the same convo. I don't know how to switch this off but it makes it so hard to find and reply to the latest one.
