So... my ticket was merged into this one. Mine was "stop merging inboxes upon opening. The app should save the last setting I chose, if my personal inbox or my work inbox or the merged one"
is that merging thing what "conversation view" means?
I mean... the response on this one was was given on 2015 and I'm sure I didn't have Outlook in my phone back then. Mine was from like 2019...
I hope this bug doesn't happen anymore...

The Outlook Android app has recently started listing my email by thread, whether or not I have this setting enabled. If someone sends me two emails I can't read anything but the most recent one and so I am missing things and looking stupid. How can I get it to show single emails as single emails?

Instead of emails being displayed in chronological sequence, the focussed box mixes up the emails...I often open an email expecting to see latest reply from the other party that has just been recieved.... instead I see the email that I sent to them!
Also it displays my last email repeatedly.
I'm using Android 9 (latest version).
Glad I'm not using for business, if I was I would have ditched it long ago!
It's definitely not working as Windows desktop version does... can I switch Focused facility off... or can you fix it?

I disabled "group by thread". but every update it's being forced back to me.
Currently it's disabled but you continue to force grouping somehow. I'm not happy.
Best thing I did is uninstall outlook and move on to other app which respects their user by allowing me to open links with chrome and allows me to have individual emails not grouped up. -

respond all - always possible also to my own message

All my emails are clumped together in threads, but I would rather that they weren't. Sometimes I want to forward a thread but no to everyone, or reply to a message from the thread that is not the most recent. I find the threads irritating because I can't always find what I need.

Emails and answers get automatically summarized this decreases the overview - when clicking on it often not the last conversation is shown but the first and this sucks... I don't want any summarization without my permission

Make it possible to expand the thread to see each email in the thread separately and listed chronologically. The same suggestion posted earlier has been marked as Completed, but that is not correct. The current solution for conversation threads is really bad an confusing. Look at how it was done in Outlook for Windows 10 Mobile. Very good solution.

the default view of Outlook is now this split screen with emails received on one side and a single emails contents on the other side. This view is cluttered and distracting. This does not display well on my 8 inch tablet screen, not enough room.
