Add setting to disable automatic image download. App security level is appalling.

Stop automatically attaching images received in a message to my replies in mobile app and webmail. Cannot see images attached until messages have been sent. Images included in a sender's email signature are attached to my replies and inserted into my message like it is my own signature. Please fix!

Many companies, legitimate and illegitimate, track which images are loaded that are sent in marketing/spam/phishing/whatever e-mails. Because Outlook automatically downloads the images whenever a user reads an e-mail, a user is opting in to being tracked by just opening the e-mail. Outlook can better protect their users by using placeholders instead of images and then allowing the user to load images from legitimate e-mails via a dialog or button of some sort.

I'd like to block images by default for safety and faster loading message content, with place holders that I can tap to load on demand. Also please allow blocking of inline media from internal users.. I don't need to view that enormous image when I'm mobile! (Be sure to keep previously loaded images cached so it doesn't start over with each opening of the email!)

it is mandatory for security reasons to not download images/pictures by default. we should be able to choose when reading email if we want to download pictures. option would be to have white and black list.

On Galaxy S9 photos, when I receive a photo from iPhone users the photo is embedded. I see no way to save it to directly to my gallery. I can only open it with Gallery. Tapping on photo or holding finger on it does not download it. This is very basic functionality that has forced me to start using a different email app.

I had not realized this feature was missing until it became a problem. It's really unacceptable that this is not an option in 2018.

This feature is available in the desktop version, and in general is part of any decent mail client.
